Nothing.

  • Dedicated to my first attempt at horror.

It's dark.

There's a shadow.

I can't even tell what it is.

The light flips on, and then off again.

I close my eyes,

but they flutter open again.

What do they expect me to see; to watch?

Nothing.

From what I can tell, absolutely nothing.

At least...I think so.

Someone says something.

It's muffled.

I can't really hear it.

Then there's a blood curtling scream.

My name is called.

My eyes snap open.

Wait...they were closed?

I should run, right?

But...why?

Something moves next to me.

It brushes against my leg.

And then...nothing...once again.

I'm confused.

Am I dreaming?

The floor boards make a noise.

Someone is coming.

Drip...drip...

What the...?

A figure in the doorway stops my thoughts.

Eyes widen.

Nothing.
