Bones pov 1 year later one week before the wedding

It's a week before the wedding and I couldn't be more nervous. In the past year ryan and I have bought a house together, it's four rooms three and a half baths and a basement. We have a huge back yard with a skate ramp and a sandbox. Today we're going over to angelos house for a bbq. It'll be chris, Gaia, Vinny who is one of my best friends now, balz, ryan Ashley, ryan Athena and I, ricky, ghost and kylie.

I was excited to see everyone just as I was nervous for the wedding later this week.

Ryan was putting Athena in the car seat and I was making sure we had enough diapers and bottles for her.

We all got into the car and drove off to angelos house.

When we got there Chris and ricky ran out to come and hug us and help bring things in. Ryan brought over a bunch of side dishes to go with bbq food.

As soon as Athena saw ricky she started grabbing for him. I swear that kid has a crush on him. I'm not even kidding. Her first word wasn't mama or daddy. It was "wicky "

Ricky grabbed Athena and kissed her forehead. "Wiiiickkkyyyyy no kisses " she giggled. It was so sweet.

"No kisses athena? You're too big for uncle ricks kisses?" Ricky laughed with her

"Yes wicky" she said sternly.

Ryan and I shook our heads and laughed. We all went into angelos house and to the back yard. We greeted everyone and ricky handed Athena to ryan

"Noooo I want wiiickyyy" she cried grabbing for him.

Ryan pouted. "You don't want your daddy to hold you" he asked really sad and pretended to fake cry. Athena tried to wipe his fake tears off.

Everyone was laughing and having a great time. After food we all decided to go inside.

Ricky ryan and I were sitting on the floor and Athena was crawling around. She had on a cute baby black craft shirt and little black baby leggings. I was also wearing leggings and a black craft shirt. Oddly enough ryan was wearing a black craft shirt and black jeans. None of us noticed until balz did

"Did you guys intentionally match today?" He asked.

We all looked at ryan Athena and I.

"Shit no we didn't even realize " I said laughing.

"Shit" Athena said giggling.

Ryan and my eyes went wide and we couldn't help not to laugh.

"Shit shit shit " she kept saying.

"Athena baby mommy doesn't like it when you say those words so please don't or else no more playing with uncle ricky " I said trying not to laugh.
She pouted. "Okay mommy "

"Athena come over here to daddy I need a hug " Ryan said

"No Athena uncle ricky needs a hug too" ricky said

Athena of course crawled over to ricky. Of course ryan pouted

"Are you sure you didn't sleep with him and that she isn't his. " Ryan whispered but loudly enough so that everyone could hear.

Everyone in the room started laughing.

"So are you guys excited for the big day" Kelly asked

Ryan and I looked at eachother and smiled and nodded. Ryan then kissed my forehead and pulled me closer to him.

"Kelly do you actually like the bridesmaid dress? " I asked. She laughed and nodded

"Do all of you like them ?" I asked kylie, Gaia, ryan Ashley Kelly

I got yes's from everyone except one no

"No" Vinny said laughing.

Okay let me explain. I made Vinny my maid of honor. Why? He was my best friend and him and I thought it would be hilarious. Ghost was walking me down the aisle because I didn't fuck with my family.

Ryans mom was walking him. His whole family was going to be there. Ryans best man was Angelo, and his grooms men were balz, ricky, Chris and ghost. Ricky was also carrying Athena down the aisle as the flower girl.

Our wedding colors were black and white which were easy colors. All of the bridesmaid dresses were black and flowy. Vinnys suit was black on black with black shoes and a white bow tie. As was ryan except for his white tie. All of the groomsmen were black on black suits as well with white bow ties. The flowers were red and white roses with black dripped onto the white roses.

I was seriously nervous for this wedding.

I was thinking about my dress and wondering about ryans reaction to it.

Everyone including us went home at about 9pm. Ryan and I went to sleep after put Athena down.
