Chapter 28

I hugged my parents tightly  feeling glad that our relationship was now fully restored. No secretes.

I had returned back to the Academy. I wasn't the girl I used to me and I was no longer uncomfortable here. I knew the big secrete and now I'm officially apart of it.

"We'll see you soon alright?" Mom said kissing my cheek.

"Will do"I replied gingerly.

It only took two knocks at the door for Lilly to answer. As soon as her eyes bestowed upon me she immediately embraced me in the tightest hug ever, which months ago would have literally crushed my bones.

"Woah!"

"Sorry I just missed you so much come in" she beckoned me.

I laughed as I entered the room.
Lilly gestured for me to sit on her bed.

"Where have you been at?" She asked curiously.
Shaking my head I responded
"Just dealing with personal issues. How've you've been?"

"I'm doing good really good actually, just celebrated  my boyfriend and I's anniversary the other night" she smiled widely.

I smirked "and what did you two do?" I asked.
I don't remember enjoying a girl conversation this much but I was suddenly interested.

"Well...we do have our own special way of celebrating things" she said cracking a smile.

"Your nowhere as innocent as I thought you were"

"Says the one hooking up with the head masters son" she retorted.
I gasped and before I knew it, I was hurling a pillow at Lilly's face.

It took a few seconds for her to respond and after that it was like world war 3 in our dorm.
Pillows were thrown left and right and a colossal of white feathers coated the floor and floated in the air.

It was fun for a while but I was suddenly interrupted with that familiar queasy feeling in my stomach.

Feeling the bile rise up in my throat I rushed into the bathroom and threw up all the contents of my stomach.

I could hear Lilly's frequent knocks on the door.
When I was sure I was done, I flushed the toilet and went to the sink to goggle some water.

"What the hell was that?" Lilly asked once I had stepped out the bathroom. She seemed a bit startled.

"Sorry about that" I apologized.

I didn't understand why I kept throwing up or why I kept feeling this pain. Oh god this pain.
My hand immediately went to my belly were a stab of pain was quickly igniting.

"You might be thirsty let me get you a bag" Lilly said scurrying over to her dresser retrieving a blood bag.

It smelled delicious there was no denying it, but I wasn't really wasn't craving for it.
My body on the other hand seemed to think otherwise.

The knot in my stomach tightened even more at the sight of the blood and I decided it would best to just drink it so that I'd feel better.

I took the bag with gratitude.
sealing my lips to the opening as the blood eased it's way into my mouth.
Before I knew it I had drained the entire bag in seconds.

"You have any more?"

Lilly's eyes widened.
"U-um, yea" she stuttered going back in the dresser.
