"I'm not sure about this" I said with unease.
My fingers were intertwined with Noah's as he lead us towards Mr. Hensmen's office.
The knot in my chest got tighter and tighter as we got closer.
"For the billionth time, you have nothing to worry about" Noah said.
I squeezed his hand tighter when we entered the office.
The office was just as I last remembered it the day I first arrived to the academy.
"Well well Mr.Anderson what a pleasant surprise what are you doing here? And you Ms. Matthews?" Ms.Miller asked sitting up from a chair with her clipboard in hand.
Her dark red hair spilled over her shoulders in big luscious curls.
"We're here to see my father" Noah announced
"Do you have any idea where he might be?"
"He's in a meeting right now but your welcomed to wait" she offered with a smile.
"Thanks we'll do just that" Noah said.
On her way out Ms. Miller complimented me
"You look much fairer these days.
"Since when is she so nice?" I chuckled running my fingers through my hair.
"I suspect her and my father are intimate" Noah revealed.
"Oh fuck are you serious" a smirk aligned my face.
This was too good.
"Yes indeed" Noah laughed and I laughed with him.
"Ooo" my hand clutched my stomach when the nub began moving again.
"Are you alright dear what can I do" Noah asked his hand was on my knee giving it a rub.
"I'm fine it's just moving again I don't know why it's being so active"
"Sky its not an it " Noah remarked.
"You know what I mean"
The sound of the door being open shifted us from the conversation and to Mr.hensmen who was walking through the door.
"Noah son what are you doing in my office you should be in class right now"
"Dad we need to have a conversation with you" Noah said.
Mr. Hensmen splayed his jacket on his fancy spiny chair before sitting down and crossing one leg over the other.
His tar black hair was jelled neatly to the side he was attired in an all black suit with a striking red tie.
His eyes matched Noah's but with more of an edge.
It's sickened me how handsome he was.
"Go ahead I'm listening" He gave a nod of his head.
"It's Sky she's um, I-in a condition and we thought-"
"He thought" I easily corrected.
Noah rolled his eyes "I thought that maybe you can..you know check her out.
Mr. Hensmen shifted his eyes over to me.
"And exactly what kind of condition is she in"
I looked to the ground finding the pressure building up in me to be too much.
