Chapter 24

*Luke's POV*

I never unpacked my backs from Australia seen I was going away with Alex tomorrow for her brother's wedding. Everything was clean anyway, our mum did our washing. I had never been to Orlando, Florida before so I think it will be a fun experience, I was staying at Alex's house tonight so we could leave for the airport together. I hiked my suitcase down the staircase and said goodbye to the boys "But who will edit our videos?" Daniel pouted and I laughed at him "I'm going for a week not a year" He smiled and gave me a hug before I left and they all shouted "Bye" as I made my way to the car parked in the driveway.

I waited for Alex to answer her door when I heard the chains from the other side. The door opened and when Alex seen it was me she scurried back to her bedroom in just her towel and only half of her hair was brushed after her shower "Hello to you too" I called to her while closing the door behind me "Oh yeah, sorry. Hi" She shouted back. Five minutes later she emerged from the bedroom with her hair already pretty much dry and sweats and a tank top "Comfortable I see" She smiled and joined me on the sofa "As always" She smiled up at me and rested her feet on my lap "This is all I am to you? A foot rest" I gasped and she nodded her head "Do foot rests do this?" I asked her and threw her feet off my lap and started tickling her sides. She screamed in laughter and tried to wriggle out "What am I?" I told her and she told me inbetween laughs "A dirty pig" I nodded and stopped "I'll take it" She took the snapback from my head and put it on her own and ruffled my fringe "Excuse me?" She shrugged her shoulders and I leaned down so my lips were hovering over hers "That's mine" I whispered our lips brushing together and I heard her hold in her breath "Not anymore" She whispered back and a small smile played on her lips, I gently pressed my lips to hers and she brought her hands up and started running them through my hair. I loved that.

"Wake up" A soft voice was whispering in my ear but I dismissed it as a dream and rolled over, my face being buried in strawberry smelling hair "Luke, We have to get up now" Now I knew it wasn't a dream and my eyes fluttered open "Come on" She whispered softly "I can't, it's still dark" I seen her head shake and she disappeared out of the room. I sat up and rubbed my eyes and looked at the clock "5am. Really?" I threw myself back but someone came into the room "I'm going to get dressed now so if you don't wake up then it will be your loss" Alex sang through the room, tempting as it was I hid under the duvet "Suit yourself" I heard drawers open and close and some clothing, I assume, hit my legs as they were thrown onto the bed, I sneaked my head out the side of the duvet as Alex was putting clean sweats on, comfort for the plane I guess, she turned around and I quickly covered myslef back up but she caught me and the covers were ripped form my body "That was not in the offer" She went back to getting dressed and I decided to get up and put on shirt "Ready" I told her and she sighed "Well I guess you didn't have to get up then" She huffed and pulled her jumper of her head. I stood behind her and wrapped my arms around her torose and kissed down her neck "Are you ready to go back?" She nodded and turned around taking my hands in hers "Just...don't go anywhere without me? Please?" I nodded and smiled "Considering I don't know the place I don't think there's a chance of that happening" She stretched up and kissed me before she grabbed her bags "Lets go then"

The airport was crowded with fans and holiday makers, I tried to stop for pictures but we were starting to run late so I sent out a quick tweet to apologise to those who I missed. The fans were really nice to Alex as well so I guess she didn't mind to much "I forgot you were famous and that" She laughed once we reached security "I wouldn't really say famous but yeah, so do I" I laughed a little. It was unbelieveable really.

We were sat in our seats and Alex's hands started shaking a little as she watched out the window "Are you okay?" I rested my hand over hers and she looked to me and smiled "Just a little nervous" I nodded and kissed her cheek when we were told to put our seatbelts on "It's just a short flight, it will be ok" I smiled and she looked at me with a slight frown "I'm worried about what will happen when we get there not the flight" I gulped a little but I pulled her closer to me. "It was going to be ok" I told myself the whole flight and when we touched down in Orlando I noticed Alex started to panic "What is it? What's wrong?" She looked up at me with worried eyes "I forgot to buy a dress" I chuckled a little as relief washed over me "That's it? We can still buy a dress" I assured her she calmed a little but once we were off that plane she was alert, like she was waiting for someone to pop up from somewhere, I took her hand as we went through the airport with our bags and she held me tighter than she has before.
