Chapter Twenty-seven

    I held tighter, if possible, onto Ricardo’s hand as I stepped forward towards the first cell on my left. I looked into the cell to see if I knew any of them, but thankfully- I knew none of them. I carried on going from cell to cell, noticing everyone from the meeting was just following me and kept looking at me, which was making me even more nervous.

My blue eyes would squeeze my hand every few minutes, letting me know he was still there for me. As always, this kept my wolf and I calm. As I approached the forth cell, I recognised one of the rogues. He used to be with my Dad a lot, although he wasn’t in our pack. But, I definitely remember seeing him around.

    I felt a shiver spreading down my spine and it was not a pleasurable shiver like the one Ricardo gives me. No, it was a creepy feeling shiver as I approached the next cell. Alpha Jackson stopped me. “Are you sure you want to carry on? You are starting to look pale, Alisa.” he said, worry written all over his face. “Yes, I need to do this.” I replied, and placed my lips against Ricardo’s, needing to calm myself down. My wolf too, as she was really getting agitated. 

    I walked up to the cell bars only to see my two ex-best friends along with a couple of the cheerleaders from school.  I looked at them in disgust as they sat there just looking at me. “You all disgust me and to think, you where my best friends! However, I would've expect it from them,” I said, pointing towards the cheerleaders. “But you two?” I shook my head back and forth while not breaking eye contact with them.

 “You two were meant to be my best friends! Hell, you should've been there for me! Your even meant to protect me! But no. You two were in on everything.” I growled, my wolf getting the best of me. 

    “You know what? You are both as bad as my so-called Mum and Dad!” I spat at them with so much venom and disgust, they both flinched. I could see they were both crying, but I didn’t care. I couldn’t care! They had caused me so much pain. it'll be impossible for me to ever, be able to forgive them.

    I then faced towards Alpha Jackson. “I would like for these to be questioned and then, I want to sentence them.” I told Alpha Jackson. “Alisa, since you are the future Alpha female of the pack, I will allow this. But, I will have to finalise the sentencing on whatever you decide.” Alpha Jackson replied. “Thank you, Alpha!” Then I looked back at the girls to see them all crying hysterically and looking so petrified, it pleased my wolf so much.

    I never wanted to feel like this. I had so much hatred running through my body it scared me. Knowing I still had to face my dad, Jason and Mason, worried me. I felt like I was going to lose control of my wolf at any second.

    I stopped again, knowing I needed to calm down my wolf before I went any further. Ricardo must have sensed this as he wrapped both of his arms around my waist and held me tightly before he kissed me. He kissed me hard, but with so much love, I felt my body instantly relax along with my wolf. My legs felt as if they turned to jelly! Honestly, if it wasn’t for him holding me up, I would of fell to the floor. Sadly, we both broke from the intense kiss. As we were breathing heavily, our eyes locked. "I love you, Princess.” he said through mind link. “I love you more, my handsome blue eyes.” I replied.

    I had totally forgot where we were and who we were with until Alpha Jackson cleared his throat. “Um, I think we need to carry on you two..” I knew I was going as red as a tomato right now, so I buried my face into Ricardo’s chest.
