I PREVIOUSLY TITLED THIS "how I feel about racism" but changed it because ITS A HARSH TOPIC JUST TO RIP OUT if you could see me writing this title, you'd see this "basic white girl" and laugh your ass off because you'd think I'm about to spit some bullshit.

I'm not tana mongeese I promise.

but she is the reason I'm writing this right now.

now my family is catholic, politically conservative, and half-Portuguese (my dad's half portuguese my mom's pretty much full white) My dad's not afraid to be racist, he says the n-word and even when I was little it made me uncomfortable. now if he's racist, I don't see how you can't see him not being homophobic as well.

ALRIGHT HERES WHAT I PERSONALLY BELIEVE SO IF THIS SOMEHOW MAKES YOU MAD (??)

I believe with everything-race,gender,sexuality- we're all people. all of those things I listed are things that we can't choose. which is why I think makes it hard to judge someone on those things- they cant help these things.

because of the history, because of the torture that a lot of different people with different races, genders, and sexualities have gone through, having a view where everyone is equal is nice as hell.

I don't hate on people because of shit that they can't help. I'll hate on someone for something they do.

so if you do some terrible shit like kill someone or discriminate or whatever it is, it's that what makes me get mad or say mean shit.

OKAy yes I said that tana mongeese was the reason that I was writing this and it still kind of is, but I don't feel like ranting about shit that much because it's a waste of time.
