When I'm at tutoring for math, this is what I do:
Nod my head.
Say, "oh" and "cool" and "that makes sense now!" and "I see", etc.
Nod my head (I'm a bobblehead, and that's the way ahaha we like it, aha aha)
Nod my head some more.
