Isabelle's POV

"Uhm. Chris Young." I say to the nurse.

"Yes. Floor 2 Room 75" The nurse says to me.

I nodded to her response and walked.

I had balloons and some food in my hand.

Aaron is coming with me.

Cameron is waiting in the parking lot.
He was parking infront of a fire hydrant.

"Wait" someone shouts out.

Aaron and I turned around.

It was the same nurse that I was chatting with.

I wasn't sure if she was talking to.

I mouthed "Me?" and pointed at myself with my pointer finger.

The nurse nodded.

I walk over to her, I could hear Aaron's footsteps behind me.

"Yes?" I asked the nurse.

"You can't enter the room yet."

"Why not?. Is there something wrong?"

I started to get the tingly feeling in my body.
I hope it's not to obvious.

Well, it was.

Aaron put his hand around my waist.

Stoped for a moment with the tingly thang.

"Sweetie, the doctor just came out and said there are no visitors unless you are a family member."

"Oh. I am a family member. I am his daughter."

"Can I see your ID please?"

I patted my jeans and jacket.

Thank God. I have my wallet.

I take my wallet out and Scan for my ID.

I showed the nurse my ID.

She looks down at the ID, then looks back up to me.

"Alrighty Follow me please." the nurse said.

Aaron and I followed.

#MINUTES LATER#

"Here you are." the nurse said.

"Thank you." Aaron said.

I smiled and nodded at her.

I hear the T.V on.

My dad was up.

He was attached to so many needles.

He had bruises still.

His chest was healed.
It was stitched up.

He was flipping through the channel with the weird looking hospital remote.

I looked over to Aaron.

He patted my shoulder and mouthed
"Its Okay."
Then he did a sweet smile.

I nodded to his response.

I took a deep breathe in, then out.

I knocked on the door.
