I woke up this morning because I had to take my medicine.

I absolutely hate this pill, the side effects are terrible; feeling dizzy, feeling like you need to throw up, just overall needing to use the bathroom, constantly.

I swallow down the pill. No side effects yet, they will be coming soon, and I know that's a fact.

Since Carter is still sleeping, I decided to make some breakfast for him.

Pancakes, Bacon, Sunnyside eggs should be good for the two of us.

As a I was cracking the eggs, I heard a door creak then the footsteps travel to the bathroom. Carter's up.

I play music off my phone. Why'd you only call me when your high?  by the Arctic Monkeys was playing. I honestly love the Arctic Monkeys.

I creap towards Isabelle. She had the music on, she would eventually get lost in the music.

I was getting closer to her.

"Gratata" I whisper which made Isabelle flinch.

"Oh my god! Carter don't do that!" she placed a hand over her chest.

"Are you my mom now?" I asked suspiciously and  made my way to wards her.

"No!" she protest.

I grabbed her by her waist and pulled her in a deep kiss.

We eventually pull apart to catch our breath.

"I love you" I peck her nose.

"I love you too" she leans her forehead against mine.

Stuck in our gaze, I stare into Isabelle's beautiful brown eyes.

"You're so beautiful" I say

She smiles and giggles "You say that all the time"

"Then I'll remind you all the time"

I was about to peck her lips again but the phone rang.

"I'll get it!" Isabelle exclaimed.

"Hello?... This is she... Oh really?... Wait, hold on. You mean right now?... Oh Okay... Will be there, what time?... 12:30?... No? Then how about 12?... Sounds good... Okay, thank you, bye" She hangs up

"Who was that?" I asked

"It was Dr. Fluke" she says blankly.

"Is there something wrong?" I ask worried

"I have no clue... But let's eat"

After eating a delicious breakfast we get ready to see Dr. Fluke. I honestly have no clue what's going on. I hope it's nothing bad.

Once we reached to the medical center, we saw Dr. Fluke waiting for us. We rushed towards him.

"Doctor? Is there something wrong?" I asked.

"Follow me" he orders

We follow him into his office.

"Yes Doctor?" says Isabelle

"Your a survivor" He smiles

"I'm sorry?" Isabelle says

"You don't have cancer anymore... You've been fighting for 2 years now I believe"

"I have" Isabelle says.

"Well, congrats to you!" Dr. Fluke says

I thinks Isabelle started to cry. I'm very happy, honestly I am.

Dr.Fluke hands over the box of tissues to Izzie.

"Thanks" Isabelle mumbled

"Your Welcome... I have another patient, so Get out" he joked.

Isabelle chuckled.

This is a new beginning
