Karlie shoved him away with more force then she knew she could muster up.
"What the hell, Jared!?" She yelled, although she couldn't hide the fact at how flustered she looked. He only smirked at her, his black eyes penetrating her own.
"Don't push the Alpha away," he said tauntingly. Karlie slipped away from the tree so that he couldn't pin her against it again. With every step he took towards her she matched backwards.
Karlie inhaled deeply, her chest rapidly falling up and down. "I will do what I want, when I want. I don't care who you are, you have no control over me," she growled, her hands shaking as she continued to step backwards. She would take off running but then she wouldn't have an eye him, she wanted to know where he was at all time.
A chuckle came out of his mouth as he took bigger steps towards her.
"I have more control over you than you think."
He was there but in a second he had her pinned against another tree. She squirmed as she threw punches at him, but he only grabbed her wrists and held them above her head.
Karlie stared at him as one of his hands dropped. He dragged his fingers across her jaw again but then made their way down her neck. His fingers stopped near her collar bone as he tapped his index against her skin.
"So many things I could do," he mumbled to himself. Karlie stared wide eyed at him as she continued to try and move her wrists. "And yet I hold back because I know you would hate me for it."
"I already hate you," she spat.
"No you don't."
A voice came into her mind causing a sharp pain to pass through her head. Her eyes must have given away the remorse and pain Karlie was feeling because a hint of worry came into his facial expression.
"You don't hate me," he replied, although Karlie could tell he was furious at her words. She was about to snap back at him when he dipped his head down to her neck, his lips grazing right underneath her jaw.
Karlie's breath came out shaky as she continued to try and pry her hands away from his grip, but his fingers only tightened at her constant struggle.
"J-Jared stop-" Karlie was cut off when he kissed the skin right by her collarbone. She suppressed any feeling of pleasure that was emitted from it, even though a new voice in her head howled in delight.
She got scared when she could feel his teeth graze her skin. It resurfaced the night she got attacked. That was an unwanted memory.
"Jared, get your hands off her right now!"
Karlie looked over his shoulder to see Jessie standing about ten feet away. Bodies merged from the shadows of the forest as a deep growl could be heard right beside her ear.
"Jessie...you always seem to come at the perfect times," he snarled.
Karlie heard Jessie huff in annoyance as the other female rolled her eyes. "You always seem to be messing around with this poor girls emotions. She can not do anything when you always have her pinned against something, now let her go."
"No."
"Do I need to come over there and give you a piece of my mind?"
