I opened my eyes. The realisation hit me. The blue eyes in front of me,were Laurance's.
"Laurance?" I said my voice barely Audible.
"Yeah it's Laurance," He replied.
I groaned in pain.
"Oh let me help you up," He said standing up.
He held his hand out for me.
I reluctantly grabbed his hand.
"Do you want me to bring you to the nurses office?" He asked.
"No thank you," I said.
"Heh... this is really awkward," He muttered.
I nodded my head. I looked around the hallway. It was still empty!
"ASSEMBLY!" Laurance and I jinxed.
We ran down the hallways. We made it to the hall out of breath. We opened the door slightly trying not to attract attention. Luckily the door didn't make a sound!
There was two seat in the back row.
"There?" I whispered to Laurance.
"Yeah," He whispered back.
I sat down,Laurance on my right. And someone I didn't know on my left. Anxiety took over.
"Can we s-swap?" I stuttered.
"Of course," He replied.
We swapped seats without making a scene.
Someone stepped up to the mic.
"Hello,PHD, I'm here to say (Principal Name) has resigned. Our new principal is Master Chad. Thank you," The person said.
Whispers filled the hall.
"HELLLOOOO PDH!" Master Chad said into the mic.
"Is he crazy or something?" I whispered to Laurance.
