ALL: Trust

Kath's POV

I woke up for the third time today in his bed. It smells like him. I rolled to the other side of the bed but he wasn't there. I looked around and  he was already standing up and looking outside the window.

It looks like he didn't notice me since he kept his eyes outside the window. I took the chance to stare at him. With his calm expression and the light that hits his face, he looked like an angel.

It looks like he saw me in his peripheral view because he smirked. "You're staring again." he said. I laughed.

"You can't possibly blame me, can you?" I asked while pulling myself out of the bed. 

"No." he said. He was about to kiss me but I covered my mouth. He can't kiss me, not when I still have my morning breath.

He looked like he was about to burst out laughing. "You think too much Kath." he said.

I moved away from him and went into the bathroom. "Nobody likes to kiss a girl with a bad breath." I said,

"I do," he said. I shot him a look. "Well, I like to kiss you even if you have a bad breath."

I just shook my head and closed the door.

When I went out of my room after dressing up I saw that Daniel was still staring outside the window still. I silently walked towards him and wrapped my arms around his waist.

"Snow is falling again?" I asked. He nodded.

"That's what they do best." he said and he faced me, wrapping his arms around my waist too. He leaned in to me. "Would you be my little snowflake and fall for me?"

I couldn't help but giggle because of his punchline. He took a strand of my hair and tucked it in my ears. He hid his face in-between my shoulders and neck  and inhaled my scent, which made me feel self-conscious.

Instead of making myself feel insecure I wrapped my hands in his neck and started running my hands across his hair. "So, were going home later?" I asked.

"Nah, my home is anywhere as long as i'm with you." he said which made me blush.

"I mean, were going back to the Philippines." I felt him nod.

I sighed. "We have ... A LOT of explaining to do."

"Yeah ..." he said.

"Why do you sound so happy about it?" I asked. 

"Because ..." he looked at me in the eyes. And it's as if so many things came into his mind to become his reason so he just sighed. "Because I love you. Let's leave it to that."

I pouted. "Fine."

He pinched my nose and then laughed. "What do you want to do today?" he asked. "Remember this is the last day were here."

I thought for a moment.

Last day were here.

Last day I will have him for myself.

Last day I can stare at him as much as I want.

Last day we will be this close in a long, long time.

Last day.

"Let's just stay here. I want to spend as much time with you alone as possible." he nodded.
