Never Noticed (Embry Call Love Story)

Chapter 12

My POV

            "Seth, if you bang that pan one more time you're a dead man" I mumble into my pillow. It has been a week and a half and Embry still has not talked to me. Seth decides to make an idiotic decision and bang on the pan one last time. I hear him laugh and run quickly downstairs

            "Seth" I scream and throw the covers off of me and chase him downstairs. He runs into the kitchen and then the dining room with me following him and then he hides behind a couch

            "Seth you're dead! I am going to kill you!" I shout and that is when Jared grabs me

            "Sis, calm down" He says and I shake my head

            "No I will not calm down!" I shout stomping my foot onto Jared's making him let me go so I run after Seth, but Jake intercepts

            "Cool it alright?" He tells me and I roll my eyes walking into the kitchen and grabbing a bottle of water taking a sip and leaning against the counter

            "Frank don't worry, we can't stay mad at our imprints." Seth says cheerfully

            "What do you know about having an imprint?" I growl and he cowers

            "Seth is right Frankie" Jared adds

            "So that's why he hasn't talked to me in a week and a half?" I ask completely irritated.

            "He's just upset okay just cool damn" Jake says

            "Let's go to Emily's" Jared suggests and I shrug my shoulders. We all hope into Jared's SUV and drive over to Emily's.

            "Seth stop" I squeal while laughing and he continues to tickle my sides

            "Don't be a Debby Downer then" Seth threatens and I nod with a smile. The whole ride to Emily's Seth has been tickling me. We all walk into Emily's and the boys instantly sit down that's when I spot him so I tense.

            "Frank come here" Seth says while patting his leg. I roll my eyes and smile, but walk over to him plopping down onto his lap as I grab a blueberry muffin and start to nibble on it. After a couple of minutes I hear a growl and I look up around the table wondering who just growled?

            "Seriously Seth?" Embry asks completely pissed off and Seth nods

            "Yes, really Embry" Seth retorts

            "Whatever" He grumbles and starts to walk out of the house

            "Run away from your problems again Embry!" I shout. No idea what has just come over me, but I do not regret it. I see Embry stop and tense. He turns around and faces me

            "What?" He asks

            "You heard me. Because you're pissed now you're gonna go into the woods and phase. You run away from your problems." I state crossing my arms over my chest

            "I fight vampires." He says and snort

            "Because it's in your blood! You have to! But this, me and  you is something that you don't know how to deal with so you just keep running away and the only reason you even hug me or give me kisses on the cheek is so we don't get sick!" I shout at him. I make him flinch long with everyone else at the table.

            "You think you're running away from us?" He asks astounded I even would say that

            "I don't think. I know" I sneer and he replies with nothing.

            "You and me outside" He finally says and turns to the door. I ease out from the table and go outside and shut the door behind us not like that'll help, but still.

            "Frankie, I'm sorry" He finally speaks up after us standing outside for a couple of minutes

            "I was going to tell you, I really was I just wasn't sure how I was at the time."

            "But you didn't"

            "Because you never gave me a chance. I had barely gotten the letter that day and you flipped out on me!" I shout at him.

            He looks down and looks back up at me. "I'm sorry babe, it just hurt the fact that you're going to be moving away at the end of the school year it just hurts" He says to me

            I crease my brows "Em, I don't even know if I'm going" I admit to him while sighing and running a hand thru my hair.

            "What do you mean you don't even know if you're going?" He asks; confusion written all over his face

            "Just what I said. My whole life all I've ever known is La Push this small rez. My friends are here. Jared and Daniel are here and more importantly you're here." I whisper the last part. If he was not a wolf he would not have been able to hear me.

            He walks toward me and pulls me in by the hips "Frankie, you need to go. This is a great oppurtunity for you. You are a great photographer and I don't want you missing out of anything because of me" Embry whispers to me and I nod

            "I'll think about it. It's a big decision" I whisper back and he nods

            "That's all I ask" I smile and he leans down kissing me softly on the lips making me want more. I'm hungry for his lips I savor the moment and he finally pulls away.

            "I've missed that"

            "Me too" I choke out. He literally took my breath away that moment I forgot how to breathe. We walk back inside and see everyone was just being the usual dorks.

            Jared and Paul arguing over the last banana nut muffin. Rachel, Nessie and Kim talking amongst themselves. Jake, Will, Leah and Seth talking together and Brady and Collin pigging out. I laugh at the scene and finally everyone notices us; us hand in hand

            "You make up already?" Jake asks and I nod

            "Geez Frank, didn't know you were that type of girls to do it in the woods." Paul says with a smirk. I grab a cup and throw it at him. He ducks and it hits the counter breaking into small little pieces.

            "Sorry Emily" I shout into the kitchen. Seconds later she comes walking out with a broom and dust pan in hand

            "No problem. Paul deserved it" Emily says and playfully elbows his shoulder

            "Hey" He squeals like a little girl and we all just burst out laughing

-So finally an update. Frankie and Embry made up. Next chapter, will do a flashback to the week and a half of Frankie and Embry not talking. I just wanted to let you all know they finally made up.
