Never Noticed (Embry Call Love Story)

Chapter 8

Embry's POV

            I am just chillin' with the boys here at Sam's and Emily's when my phone rings

            Frank ♥ it reads so I answer like nothing

            "Hello?"

            "Embry!" She screams a blood curling scream even Jared heard it

            "Frankie, what's wrong?" I ask my voice full on concern and my mind going 100 miles a minute wondering what's wrong

            "Hurry!" She screams once more before I hang up. I literally jump out of my seat

            "Jared!" I cry and he nods

            "Already on it" He says/ Jake and Brady tail along as well. We run full speed to Jared's house when we see Frankie with a girl we look closer and see it's a pale face. The pale face it choking her and I can feel it. I'm losing breath and Jared sees

            "Come just a bit further. Think of my sis" That's all the motivation I need. We got closer and the pale face took off. Brady and Jake followed her not even phasing back because they need to get her. Jared and I stop and phase back and quickly change into some shorts and run the rest of the way to the house.

            "Frankie" I say and hug her tightly. I don't know what I would do without my imprint she is my life literally.

                        "Frank!" Jared screams.

            "Are you okay?" Jared asks concerned.

            "Yeah, I'm fine. My neck hurts a bit but otherwise I'm all good" She says with a smile while rubbing her neck

            "How?" I ask fully concerned for her health. Pale faces are much stronger than humans so she could've hurt Frankie badly

            "What happened?" Jared asks

            "Well, I was getting orange juice as I was getting a cup and then I saw her. I fell and dropped the glass and she came in. At first, I couldn't fight her off, but then she threatened to kill Embry and it was like all of a sudden I had all the strength in the world, so I started fighting her and learning her methods and finally I dragged her outside and then we fought a bit and that's when you guys came" She explains. It is dark outside, well about 7 p.m

            "Woah. Well I'm just glad you were able to take care of yourself" I say as I hug her again

            "We're going to have to patrol here tonight" Jared says
