After The Nightfall ...

•Chapter 14•

I woke up on a cold bed. I hugged my knees to keep myself warm. What happened ? Why am I feeling so tired ?

I looked around. Ugh.. River's room.

I sat up a bit. Uh..my stomach hurts like a bitch.

I heard the door click open and River peeked in. I glared at him.

"Babe. You're awake huh. " he smiled but I just gave him a blank face. I was in pain , tired and for sure wasn't going to deal with that shit.

I stared at the wall in front of me without a word. River sat next to me but I moved away from him. He tried taking my hair out of my face but I turned my face the other way so he won't touch me.

"Kylie I'm sorry.. Ok. Kylie. Kylie wait. "
He said as I went off the bed and in the toilet. I shut the door behind me and locked it so that he won't come in.

I looked at my self in the mirror and I was covered with mud. My pants, thankfully was a black legging and it didn't show the blood that was already on it. I felt so dirty. I washed the mud off my face as River kept on knocking.

I washed the mud off my hands and unlocked the door. River tried talking to me a lot of times but I wouldn't listen. Till I reached the girls room. I mean yea I need to get out of those clothes.

I opened the door and everything was like a mess. Literally. There were clothes everywhere , girls going and coming , girls getting out of the bathroom. Some boys even , I don't know why they're helping girls with packing there stuffs.

"What's going on?" I asked. I looked at the balcony and it was around sun set.

"Kylie come-Ew. You gotta take a shower I'll get your stuff. " Eve said.

"Whoah wait . What's going on? Why all that?" I asked as I followed her.

"We're just asked to pack our things. The alpha is mad and um.. Just hurry."
She said scared.

"Alright. I'm on it. "I grabbed a bra ,panties , a V-neck tee and a pair of shorts.

I went in the bathroom and hurriedly took a shower. I dried my hair and pulled it in a messy bun. I wore my clothes and went out. Some girls were ready to go , with there bags by there sides. I searched for my converse and wore it.

I went to Eve and she was already closing my bag with a bit of help from Claudia.

"What happened?" I whispered to Claudia. She gave me a sad smile and was about to say something when River called my name. I huffed and rolled my eyes.

"Kylie did you pack your stuff? " he asked.

"Yea just fuck off and leave me alone. "

"Kylie I told you I'm sorry!" he said in a high voice. Half of the girls looked my way.

"I don't care okay. " I said waving him off.

"Ky-" he was cut off by a furious looking Landon get in the room with his mate. That was the first time I see his mate. Weird right?

Her hair was blonde and her eyes were blue. She had a gorgeous body and she was tall. Like those models. Yea she was thin.

"Everyone. " Not a good start Landon. "For now we're moving to another place and later I'll see who told the police around about us. And trust me there will be no mercy for her no matter who she is ! "He said in a serious tone looking at me.

Oh no. Not moving on. No. That can't be. "No. I can't go with you. "I said to River.

"You know so much that you are going with us. "He whispered. "You should've fucking get your ass out of here when I asked you to ." he whispered deadly serious.
