Chapter 56

It's only one week away to Dad's and Caitlin's wedding. Everything is prepared. The place, catering, and even the invitation.

I'm still staying in Lima until the wedding begin and I want to see regionals with the others and Blaine told me to stay longer to help him propose Kurt in Dalton Academy. I'm kinda excited actually even though it's remind me with the way Finn proposed me.

Now, I'm carrying Caitlin to the designer for the fitting for the wedding dress. I'm not getting married even though I got the flower bouquet but still.

Finn and I still not dating and he is still trying to prove me that he wont do a mistake again. I know that Finn isnt a person who give up that easily. I love him but I need time to trust him back.

"What do you think?" Caitlin grins at me and went out from the fitting room.

"Oh my Gosh. That's really fit on you and you'll be dad's beautiful bride." I smile at her.

"You can wear this one when you wanna get married. This is timeless right?" Caitlin says to me.

"I dont know. I wont get married I guess." I sigh.

"Honey, you will. One day. With the right guy. Make your dad dreams to see you in a wedding dress come true. He really want to see you in a wedding dress and he want you to arrange this because he knows, you're adult now. He knows, his daughter is becoming a young woman now." Caitlin rubs my sleeves and smiles at me.

"Dad only let me to get married with Finn. No one else." I giggle.

"Then do that. Okay I'll take this dress and you can wear this one for your wedding dress and we can make this one as one kind of tradition in our family." Caitlin chuckles.

"Up to you." I nodded.

"Dont be sad. You went home and being sad all day. We can go out and buy some coffee after this okay. I'm gonna get change." Caitlin says to me and walk back to fitting room.

Yeah I know my dad so bad. He will let me to get married only with Finn. Like when I dated Aaron and Sam. Dad wasnt really know them so he doesnt like them but when it turns into Finn. Anything is posibble with Finn Hudson.

I let out a sigh and sit down on the sofa then take my phone from my slingbag. I look at my homescreen and it's still Finn's picture when he made a funny face and wearing my reindeer headband.

Suddenly my phone is ringing and Finn is calling me? What happened? Or is it only butt-dial? I dont know but I guess I have to answer that.

"Finn, this is me. You must be butt-dial my number." I answer the call.

"No, I didnt. I just want to know where are you now?" Finn says from the phone.

"In a boutique with my soon to be step-mother. Why?"

"You didnt lie to me?" Finn asks.

"No. Shall I turn your call into video call? What happened?" I ask him back.

"Great. Ugh-Ugh I saw Aaron walks in college park with a girl and from behind she looks like you but glad that you're with your dad's fiancé. Alright, I'll call you later." Finn says and hung up the phone.

Is he that worried? Or afraid? Or jealous? I dont know but it doesnt like him but that was make me feel something. Ugh I dont know my heart make me confused.

"Maddy, what are you doing here?"

I turn my face and mom is frown at me and standing near me. "The question is what are you doing here, mom?" I frown.

"I'm working here. Helping with the design. And what about you?" Mom asks me.

"Come on, sweetie. We can go grab some late lunch. They said that they will send the dress one day before the wedding begin." Caitlin went out from the fitting room and grins at me then turn her face at mom.
