'They're going to kill me!' Mary screamed internally as she pulled on her red locks. How could she let this happen? This was all her fault! Who in their right mind would leave a two year old to go have sex. Coming down from the high, Mary now felt extremely disgusted with herself. What if something bad had happened to her rugrat! She'd never forgive herself and she doubted The Joker and Ember would forgive her too.
'Shit! What are we going to do?!' Panda groaned pacing the playroom. 'I'm going to get Ember!' Mary announced heading towards the door. 'She will kill us Mary, Think!' He exclaimed. 'I am thinking! Listen to me, Diamond is missing and it's our fault. Now is not the time to be selfish!' Mary sneered before storming out.
'I can't do this!' Mary thought sobbing as she laid her palm on The Jokers door. No! She had to! The longer Diamond was missing the less chance they had of finding her. 'Ember!' She choked out, slamming her hand on the door.
'EMBER!' She called out now frantically pounding on the door. 'Mary?!' Ember grumbled in a sleepy haze. 'Ember please come out, it's serious!' Mary cried burying her face in her hands. 'Mary! What's wrong?' Ember replied with a frown, hearing the distress in her friends voice. Quickly throwing on a dress, Ember hurried over to the door.

As Ember opened the door, Mary fell to her knees in floods. 'I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!' Mary wailed wrapping her arms around Ember's legs. 'Mary! What's wrong sweetheart?' Ember cooed falling her her knees and cradling Mary's face within her hands. 'It's Diamond! She's gone!' She sobbed. 'What do you mean she's gone Mary?!' Ember demanded feeling her chest clench painfully. 'I..i...i....I only turned my back for a few seconds and she just disappeared!' Mary lied, scared to tell the truth. 'Hey! Hey! Listen to me! I'll find her ok! Go clean yourself up, everything will be fine' Ember smiled trying to hide the fear coursing through her. She couldn't lose her baby twice! 'I'm sorry' Mary whimpered. 'It's not your fault Mary, I know how difficult she can get' Ember sighed making Mary feel even more guilty.
Ember's POV Giving Mary's hand a reassuring squeeze I stood up and began my search for peanut. 'Diamond! Come to mammy!' I called out loudly just to receive no answer. 'DIAMOND!' I screamed.
My heart was pounding in my chest and tears blurred my eyes as I went from room to room. I couldn't find her anywhere! She was really gone! Coming back into the hall I leaned over the railing and began to sob. Mr J would be home soon! How would I break it to him that our baby was missing once more. My poor sweet peanut!
Through my sobs I suddenly heard a quiet humming noise coming from one of the rooms. Turning around I listened more closely. It was coming from Mr J's office. Diamond was banned from going in there so I didn't bother to look. Feeling hope run through me I quickly sprinted towards the office. I didn't care that she wasn't aloud in there. As long as she was safe I was happy.
