General plot outline of book: Sorted into Slytherin like the rest of her family and becomes friends with Draco.

On that note, white river monsters are. . .interesting. They've got a very, very American origin story, but their cores are said to produce spells of "force and elegance". Acacia wood is very secretive and responds only to its owner, which means that it's. . .probably not a hand-me-down.

Personality/How they veiw themselves: Is resourceful and can use what she is given to her benefit. Is determined to do what is best in any situation. Has a disregard for the rules and doesn't always follow them. She is popular to most of the male population and Slytherin but is oblivious.

Background: Father was a half veela and mother was a full veela. She found out her heritage at 13 when her mom and dad told her. This was also when she found out that her parents told her that they 'followed' Voldemort. They did this so that both of them and her would be safe from him. Knowing Draco from previous meetings at banquets and balls.
