Name: Snezhana Pavlova (born on the month her mother had first seen snow in Bulgaria, so her name is Snezhana which means "Snow")

Nickname: Snez (she thinks it sounds cool and anyone can call her that)

[Does anyone? I get that she's okay with it, but are there any characters who regularly refer to her by a nickname?]

Appearance: She has messy dark hair ending at her shoulders, with hazel-brown eyes matching her father's. She has a medium white/beige skin tone like her mother's. She is rather short and light weighed among her fellow classmates, is quite skinny, and tends to be a picky eater. She isn't the prettiest in Hogwarts, not with her long nose and acne. Her lips are thin and she has baggy eyes.

Role in Book: One of the two main characters. POV's are switched. Love-Interest.

General Plot of the Book: In the first book, she meets August John Gulfan (OC) who is another main character. Both decide to help each other: Snez helps to find August's lost toad and help him with his studies, while August helps her to look nicer (as in beauty and stuff) and becomes her bodyguard (he insisted). On their adventures, they became steadfast friends and learn some lessons along the book. In the second book, Snez's dreams of becoming a magizoologist are interrupted by Voldemort's Muggleborn Association Commission. She refuses to register and seeks help from August in hiding. Suspicions are raised and August and his family becomes one of the tracked witches and wizards.

Family/Pets: Both parents are muggles who have no idea what the Wizarding World is. Snez's mom is a British woman named Felicia Pavlova who works as a baker, while her father, Nicholas Pavlov, works in a zoo. Both parents have a steady relationship with each other and their children, but became a bit overprotective of Snez when her magical abilities started to show. They tend to freak out whenever it happens so they decided to homeschool her.

[Were there specific inciting incidents or was there just one too many plate sacrificed to Snez's accidental wingardium leviosa?]

She has a little sister named Gertrude and is four years younger than Snez. She is a little childish and enjoys Snez's "magic tricks". Gertrude is the reason why Snezhana likes to spend time with little children. Gertrude was not able to have those abilities, so Snez is the only witch in their family.

While getting her requirements for Hogwarts, she buys a Bsarn Owl and names him Pembroke. Snez never had an owl before and was fascinated. At first, they started out rough, with Pembroke making a mess all over the dorms and Snez still figuring out how to control him. Eventually they get along the following years at Hogwarts, and Pembroke fascinates Snez even more. Pembroke loves attention from Snez and will perform tricks around her.

Back home, she has about five hamsters in a big cage that she likes to let out in the garden. Her parents have trouble finding them and will scold her for letting them out. She also has two turtles which were given on her 8th birthday from her father. The family has a Corgi and a Labrador. Both are females and they tend to play with Snez in the garden in the afternoon.

Personality/How they view themselves: Snez is an obedient and smart student who views herself as responsible. She is hard-working and is able keep up with the lessons, despite being a muggle-born. Although she acts as like that, she can get pretty cranky at times, but only if you bring up her height. Snez can also be brutally honest to others and she only views them as a joke, even though it can hurt the victim.

[How does she react when other people are offended/hurt by her?]

When things get pretty silent, she is usually the one to speak first, like asking questions in class that could either be related to the subject or not. She doesn't like things to be too quiet because she thinks it feels like the people are "dead". She also is very trusting, a little too trusting, as she'd end up befriending the wrong people. During her 5th year, she gets tired during the days from lack of sleep, and sometimes snoozes in some of the classes. Luckily, she has some friends that wake her up before the teachers catch her. She acts like she doesn't care about people teasing her for her appearance and blood and often plays along with them.
