"Start at the beginning, as far back as you can," Alex demanded, and no one else disagreed.
"Well, when a mommy and daddy love each other, they--"
"Your story, not how you were created," Felix cut him off, as they all knew that. Rahgah knew they did too, but come on, why not mess with them?
"Yeah, yeah, so I was born. Hades couldn't be prouder to have a son. An heir to his throne. He told the bitch he wanted another son, and she agreed. They tried throughout my years as a young child, but didn't succeed. I became a little rambunctious shit bag, driving them both to the edge of insanity. Hades pride was gone, he was just angry most the time."
"You drove him there?" Alex interrupted, making sure he had it right.
"Yeah, sure. I think it was more Bitch than me though," Rahgah replied, "Why am I sharing my life story with you again?"
"When you're done I'll tell you how I got out of Hell, and then we can part ways."
"Right right," Rahgah paused, "Let's skip ahead to preteen me, because that's when the rebel started existing. I had no friends in the castle, and Hades wouldn't let me out. I started sneaking out, made good friends with the guards too. Now, I was starting to make a name for myself among the dead peoples. They liked me because I was a joker, and a good fighter."
"Did Hades hire you that one weird monk dude?" Alex asked, one again cutting his brother off.
"Yes, he did."
Alex nodded, for some reason this kind of surprised him, but he had no clue why.
"Stop interrupting him," Blaise muttered to him before the story continued.
"Anyways, after that, when I returned to the castle, Hades was awake and waiting for me. He was pissed that I had disappeared without a obvious trace. He'd been waiting for hours. Then he hit me, for the first time. It sent me flying onto the floor. I was in such a state of shock that I just laid there. He then proceeded to lift me and hit me again, this time I flew across the room and into the wall. I knew at that moment, I had to escape. I couldn't stay there. His normal, fatherly care was gone. I could see it in his eyes. Fury was the only thing he felt at that instant. I stood up and ran out, he followed me. Down the stairs, and to the front door. As soon as I got one door open, my head was grabbed and slammed into the ground by the bastard. My vision blacked out for a second. Persephone came down and screamed at what she saw. That gave me enough distraction time to run, and disappear from that castle forever."
Alex stared at Rahgah. That was something special, but how could he believe it?
"Damn, I definitely understand why you ditched the castle to live a poor kids life on Earth," Felix said, the joke almost lighting up the atmosphere around the small group.
"That's terrible," Aurora said, sympathy clear in voice.
"So then for the sixteen years, I ran around Hell, trying to find a way to get out, make it to the surface, but I never managed to find one," Rahgah's gaze fell onto Alex, "Now, you owe me."
Alex nodded, "Come with me," and stood up. Rahgah did so, leaving the group behind.
"Why did he have to leave to tell him?" Kayne asked, "Who are we gonna tell?"
"Good question," Blaise said, "But Alex does what Alex wants, you get used to it."
"That's very true," Arete chuckled slightly.
Alex reappeared between the rocks, Rahgah wasn't with him. "Did you send him on his way?" Felix asked, standing up.
"Yeah, now we need to get to Hades' castle, I think I know how to get in."
