˚ºTwo Months Laterº˚

Marinette moaned and groaned as she gripped the hospital bed rails hard. She continued to push as the doctor waited for the baby to come. Adrien held one of her hands as she nearly broke his. She screamed as she pushed again then sent the baby into the doctors hands.he sent it with a nurse who cleaned off both babies. Adrien kissed Marinettes forehead as the cries filed the room. "Now they will have a few problems being a month early but nothing to serious. We won't need to put them into incubators unless they start to show breathing or heart problems." The doctor stated. They nodded as he walked out of the room.

"Congratulations," the nurse turned to them. She handed them the first baby. "You have a healthy baby boy," he had blondish raven hair and blue eyes. "And a healthy, baby girl." She paused on baby girl. Marinette looked at her. She had a small bit of red hair and blue eyes.

Marinette bit her lip but still loved her. She was gorgeous even if she wasn't Adriens. She loved her. "Hello Angel." She kissed her forehead and Emma came running in with Alya and Nino, along with her parents.

Adrien looked at the boy in his arms and smiled down at him. "Hi Louis." He smiled and the baby cooed up at Adrien, weakly holding his finger.

"Mama!" Emma was lifted up onto the bed and looked at the baby girl in her arms then the boy in Adriens. "Why is her hair different?"

Adrien shifted and smiled at Emma. "Because she's special," Adrien smiled. "Do you want to meet your little brother and sister?" Emma nodded and looked at the baby in his arms. "This is your little brother Louis."

"Who's that?" She pointed at Angel, who was the baby with the lump on her hip.

"Angel," Marinettes voice was softer then chinchillas fur. "She's very special Emma. You have to be careful with her." Angel began to squirm in her arms as her face turned blue.

˚ºThree Hours Laterº˚

The doctor walked into Marinettes room and she looked up at him. "She'll be okay. The surgery was very risky but she'll live. I'm surprised no one found the tumor on her heart," he took off his gloves. "I took the tumor off of her hip. She'll live but will have to stay until she can breathe without the incubator." Marinette nodded as the incubator was wheeled into the room. Marinette looked down at Angel and sighed, resting her hand on the glass.

"Mari," the doctor walked out as Adrien placed his hand on her shoulder. "She'll be okay and so will Louis." She looked at the baby in Adriens arms and smiled down at him, picking him up and rocking him in her arms, singing a song that made Emma fall asleep against her shoulder.
