Emma twisted the ring on her finger as Plagg ate his Camembert on her makeup stand. He went through the rules of the ring, not telling anyone, powers, how to use them, how to transform. "Got it Kitten?" She looked up at him from the ring.

"Y-Yeah," she stammered with a smile. "How was my Dad while doing this?"

"If I tell you about him promise you won't compare yourself to him?" Emma nodded her head eagerly. "Well he was thoughtful and caring. He would get himself killed for Ladybug more times then all my other Chats. He would risk everything for her but he was so insecurity, even with his Dad breathing down his neck." Plagg went on about Adrien and Chat Noir. Emma smiled at how much she was like him.

"Why do you think Grandpa doesn't like me?" She looked at Plagg again.

"Well, he's a stubborn man. Adrien says its because his mom left but I think it's just 'cause he's a mean man. When he found out about you when Marinette just got you back, he was furious. He hated Adrien for having a child so young but Adrien ignored it. He just wanted to see you, in fact but since Marinette hated Adrien, he couldn't." Emma sighed and turned her gaze to the blizzard outside. School was canceled because of it, and it was still the beginning of the school year, first day actually.

"Why did she hate him?" Every time she asked no one would answer.

"Well, he kinda freaked out to badly about you, and left right when you were like 'get me into the world now'. He called an ambulance and paid for all the medical bills and even started a college tuition but kinda gave up looking for you when you turned two. You were all the way in the Neatherlands by then with a foster parent. When you came back to France he kept his watch on you," Plagg flew to her cheek and hugged it. "They both care but they thought that it would be best for you to be away from them."

"But they were twenty five when they had the twins. That's still too young." Emma pursed her lips while Plagg rested on her hair.

"Adrien wouldn't stop talking about you if it helps," his voice was soft. "He would still be looking for love with the wrong people but would have a whole wall of things that lead to you. Your favorite color, favorite food, favorite places, a list of foster parents and orphanages. He didn't give up." Plagg smiled.

"When I first got here, when I was four, I saw Mom crying and heard her yelling. I think I heard her yell she is your child," tears built up in her eyes. "Did he not want to see me?"

"When Marinette told him, he came running right here. Sure he denied it. He was looking for you forever and was stunned that she found you before him. When he found the letters from the orphanage and foster parents with the pictures and videos they sent, he was so baffled that they cared that much about hiding up your orphan days," Emma knew to well of those days. "Emma," Plagg flew in front of her face. "They care about you more then anything. Trust me." Emma nodded and a loud crash exploded outside. Adrien and Marinette flinched and looked out the window, hoping to see someone new fly by. Soon enough a super suited person on a yoyo flew by, not knowing how to control the yoyo.

"Plagg," Emma bit her lip and closed her eyes. She furrowed her brows and opened her eyes. "Plagg Claws Out!" Emma smiled as the leather came across her body. She left through her window and ran downtown, knocking into her Ladybug.
