˚ºThree Years Laterº˚
Angel looked at herself in the mirror, Louis next to her, their fingers entangled with each other. Angel looked at her red messy locks while Louis had luscious blonde ones. She held Emma's crafting scissors in her hand along with Gabriel's hair dye she took when they went to the mansion, secretly, a week ago. Gabriel still doesn't know about the twins, most likely never will seeing as he refuses to meet Emma, but Natalie and Gorilla adore the three. that's why she was over.
Marinette walked by the room, seeing Louis holding the scissors up to Angels hair as she closed her eyes. She dropped the papers in her hands and grabbed them before Louis could snip any off. She stuffed them into her back pocket and glared at the two. "Why on earth would you try to cut Angels hair?" She glared at Louis.
"She wanted me too," he said in his usual monotone voice. "She said she wants it like me."
Marinette shook her head and held Angels hands in hers. She stared right into her light blue eyes, the very man she belongs to sitting in Marinettes office and waiting for her to come back. "Why on earth would you want that?" Tears slid down Angels cheeks.
"I look nothing like you or daddy! I wanna be like you!" She whined as small tears trickles down her cheeks. She stomped her feet as snort bubbles popped in her nose. Marinette cradled her head to her chest, her red hair tangling into Marinettes fingers.
"Well," Louis was long gone seeing as it wasn't his place and down in his room reading a first graders book while Angel was still on kindergarten. Emma went to normal school, in grade two, but Adrien and Marinette were planning on homeschooling the two until grade too. "Daddy's not your daddy," Angel looked up at Marinette. Nathanael knew nothing about Angel, or that she even existed for that matter. "Louis and Emma have the same Daddy, but your daddy is someone different."
"Why is mine different?" She wiped her eyes with her arm while Marinette got her nose.
"I'll explain when you're older," Adrien stood in the doorway, his arms crossed as he looked down at them. "Wanna go meet him?" Angel nodded and Marinette picked her up and walked down to her office. Adrien was yelling at her to stop, turn around. "Adrien no. She deserves to know and so does he and Angels different," she was coloring and drawing already. "She's so much like him."
Marinette opened her office doors and put Angel down, holding her small hand as they walked into the office. Nathanael turned and smiled at the two. "Did you-" he looked at Angel. He didn't know she had more kids. "Who is this?" Louis walked into the room, a book in his hand. He walked to Angel and she held his hand as Marinette walked them to her desk then put them in her swivel chair and let them play on it. "Who? What? When?"
"Louis, twins and three years ago," Marinette answered. She picked up Angel and placed her on her hip. She looked at Nathanael. "This is Angel, Louis' twin."
"She looks nothing like him," Nathanael stood up and picked up the child and let her sit on his hip. She looked up at him, her eyes wide as she stared up at his disheveled face, his hair pulled back but his bangs, dressed like how he did in high school. "Or either of you for that matter."
"Well," Marinette coughed into her hand. "She's mine and," he looked at her as Adrien pinched the bridge of his nose. "She's mine and yours."
