Kelley's POV
I saw Moe walking towards a car that wasn't hers in the parking lot after school. I needed to talk to her, so I chased after.
"Moe! Morgan, hey." I wasn't quite sure what to call her at this point. She turned around at the sound of her name, and I tried to ignore the slightly disappointing look she got on her face when she saw it was me.
"Kelley, hi." She stopped and waited for me to catch up to where she was standing."Uh- How are you?" I hadn't thought this through at all. She looked at me with a smile.
"I'm good. What's up?" She knew I wasn't here to ask how she was, and I'm glad she called out my bullshit. I was relieved she didn't seem mad at me."Right. Sorry. Okay, so I guess I just want to apologize? Once and for all, if that makes sense. I know you're moving on and I truly mean it when I say I'm happy for you." I just let my lips move and whatever came out seemed okay. She needed to know.
"I'm sorry I ever pulled you into this mess. Hopefully something good came out of it." I ended, and let out a relived sigh. I think I was able to say somewhat of the things I wanted to get out of then way."Thank you, Kelley, that actually means a lot to hear from you. And yeah, something good came out of it. Hopefully a friendship?" She looked at me with a smile, and I nodded quickly in agreement. "I would love that." I spoke sincere again.
"For the record, I had a good time as long as it lasted. I don't regret it, Kelley." I'm not sure she knew, but those words were exactly what I needed to hear. "Me neither." I smiled.
"Moe, you ready to go?" A voice came from behind us, and Kling was now opening the car Morgan was standing in front of. Makes sense.
"Meghan, can I just-" I started speaking again, not sure where I was going this time either.
"Sorry if I've been acting weird about this whole thing, I'm not anymore. I'm happy for the both of you." I smiled, and Kling mirrored mine as she took a step closer.
"Thank you, Kelley." She said."Take care of her, will you? You got yourself a good one." I spoke to Kling, but directed myself towards Moe as I said those last words. They both smiled at me.
"Trust me, I will." Kling said confident, and I believed her. She'll treat Morgan better then I ever did by a lot."See you around, O'Hara." Moe smiled at me, a smile that was a little different. Something in that smile said nostalgia, but also closure.
This feels a lot like closure.

Hope's POV
"So Kriegs wants to know when we can go on double dates?"
I got yet another message from my sister asking if Kelley was coming over for dinner. I smiled at my phone, as much as at my ridiculous sister. She's obsessed with this girl, if Melody didn't have a boyfriend, I would start to wonder whether or not should be worried.
"Solo!" A familiar voice called for me and it widened my grin. I turned around to face a happy Kelley skipping towards me.
"Looking good, O'Hara." I said as she came closer, wondering what had caused to get in this mood. Whatever it was I didn't care, I already knew I loved it."It's over." She suddenly paused in front of me, turning more serious by the second. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion, slightly panicking inside. What did she just say?
"Over? What's over? I asked quickly, now getting the same confusion from her.
"No, oh god no! I didn't mean- fuck." Kelley ran her fingers through her messy hair."This was supposed to be a cute moment." She looked up at me now, half smile on her face.
"What I meant to say, it's over once and for all, all the drama. I talked to Moe, I even talked to Kling. I know I've been holding back, and it wasn't because of my feelings for you, I hope you never doubted that. Anyways, it's over." Kelley rambled on, but her words made more sense now. My fave formed a smile again."I can this with certainty now, no hesitation, no doubt, no fear." She looked into my eyes, making sure I heard her words.
"It's you." She breathed out, and even though I'd heard those words before, they meant the world to me now. The way she said it now compared to last time, it was everything.I didn't say anything back, just grabbed her face in the most gentle way possible and kissed her with all I had. A kiss that spoke more then words ever could. I was happy. For the first time in a very long time, possibly forever.
"Get a room!" Someone snapped us out of the heavenly bliss I was in, and I recognized the voice right away. I turned around to see my sister smiling at us from the car.
"You guys need a room- I mean ride?" She joked, earning a smug smile from Kelley.I looked down at the brunette in front of me.
"She wanted me to ask if you would come over for dinner?" I asked now, still in the skies about our previous conversation.
"Melody invited me, huh? Your sister loves me." She laughed, and gave me a quick peck on the lips before she started moving towards the car. "You coming?" She spoke after me, already getting comfortable in the front seat.
