I woke up the next morning next to Mike sleeping next to me on the couch. I smiled. Molly was passed out in the chair. I just sat there for a few minutes admiring them sleeping. I was very content with my laugh. Today was going to be a good day, I was in a good mood and today was the day I bought my house.

I made breakfast for Mike and Molly, so now I just had to wake them up. I woke Molly up first, which was not easy. Next was Mike. "Wake up sleeping beauty" I said throwing a pillow at Mike. He slowly woke up. "I made you guys breakfast" he stood up quickly, "I didn't mean to fall asleep, I-I gotta go." He grabbed his jacket and headed for the door. "But I made breakfast, and I want you to go with me to buy the house at noon"

"I can't Ryan, I gotta go" he kissed me on the forehead and left. That put a dent in my good mood. "Well, eat up Molly. We have a house to buy." She smiled and started stuffing her face. I got dressed while she ate and got the money together I'd need. Shortly after I finished getting ready, she was ready. We smiled at each other and headed out.

I did it. I bough a house. It was such a steal too. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, each bedroom has a walk in closet. Sun room, large kitchen with a pantry & dinning room. Awesome sized living room. The best part, it was only a little over half of my $400,000 budget. The guy had just retired from his job and was in a hurry to get rid of the house because him and his wife were moving out of state. I wanted to thank him for retiring and selling me the gorgeous house so cheap, but I didn't.

Me and Molly walked around the house for hours planning everything out. I was obviously getting the master bedroom, and Molly claimed the second biggest. We decided we'd move this weekend, that leaves us a few days to buy furniture and such. I was so excited I didn't know what to do.

We rented a moving truck for a few days, and donated all my used furniture back to the Salvation Army, where I got it from in the first place. Then we went out and bought all new furniture: beds, living room sets, kitchen furniture, dining room furniture, dressers, furniture for the sun room, stocked the pantry and everything. I bought a house, all new furniture, brand new clothes for me and Molly, Mike a new car, and still had a little over half a million dollars. So I decided it was time I got me a new car. So that's what I did.

I'm now the proud owner of a brand new 2016 Jeep. Seems how Molly was going to 15 next month and can get her license, and I was feeling generous, I got her a used car. Molly is now the proud owner of a used 2007 chevy impala. I realized she could have bought it herself, but I had more money than her and I still do. We made a deal though, as soon as she turns 15 she has to get a job to pay the insurance. We had the cars delivered to our new house. I gave my old car to somebody I worked with at burger Shot, because she had been saving up forever to buy a car so she wouldn't have to walk. She begged me to take the money she had saved up in return, but I refused. She'd be better off still saving because that hunk of junk car wouldn't last forever.

Today was the day, moving day. Me and Molly had gotten all of what we still had in the old apartment and packed it into the moving van. Now to find the cat, he was an outside/inside cat so this could take awhile. As we were looking for him, Mike pulled up. "Hey ladies, need some help?" I forgot he agreed to help, which annoyed me a bit because he knew we were moving. But whatever, I was glad he made it at all. "You're a little late" I smiled. He got out of his car, followed by two tall, unfamiliar men. "Ladies, this is Clayton and Conrad. Conrad, this is Molly and her beautiful sister Ryan." We exchanged hellos and they helped us find Biscuit, my cat.

We headed to my new home, Mike and his friends following. We arrived in perfect timing, the truck had arrived with all our new furniture. Good thing Mike brought his friends, because there's a lot of furniture.

We got everything and the guys even helped set the house up. It was perfect. Since the helped, I offered to buy beer. They all were down. Bought I couldn't buy it, being only 18. Clayton volunteered to go to the store, and I went with him. "Congratulations on the house darling", Clayton smiled. "Thank you." I said prouder than ever. We talked the whole way to the store. The closet store was a Walmart. They had grills sitting outside and I decided we'd have a barbecue tonight. So we bought a grill, and more food for the barbecue, and beer.

On the way home I invited Jocelyn down for the barbecue and she gladly agreed to come. Look at me, having a barbecue with my 'boyfriend' and his friends, and my friend. I'm really content with my life. I'm glad I met Mike. My life has gone uphill ever since.

Clayton I got back home and brought the food and everything in. Jocelyn showed up shortly after. Having no friends, I never had anyone to buy me alcohol, tonight would be my first time drinking. The night was going so good. Everyone was hanging out having fun, even Molly. I felt bad for her because she didn't have anybody to hangout with her age, but it didn't seem to bother her. Her and Clayton were in the yard playing bad minton. I got to know Jocelyn a lot better. We have a lot in common. She also lives on her own with her sister. But not for the same reasons. Her mom and dad moved out of state and they didn't want to go. So they stayed behind in the house.

Clayton picked out good drinks, he got Busch for him and the boys, and recommend Smernoff Ice for me. They were going down like water, they tasted great. Jocelyn being 21, she's had alcohol plenty of times and was drinking like a pro. I haven't talked to Mike much tonight. So I figured I'd go find him. I found him, he was cooking at the grill on the phone. So I didn't want to bother him.

Ten minutes later I went to talk to Mike, he was still on the phone. I sat on the deck drinking a wine cooler and checking everyone out. Jocelyn was hitting it off with Conrad. I found myself looking at mike a lot, waiting for him to get off the phone. "He's going to be on the phone a while" Clayton said sitting down besides me. "You think?" I said chugging on my drink. "Yep, doing what he does, it's expected out of him to be on the phone constantly." I looked at him. "What does he do?". Clayton looked confused, "he hasn't told you?" I shook my head no. Before he had a chance to answer, mike shouted that the food was almost done. Which meant I had to go finish the mac salad. Guess I won't be finding out what Mike does. Now that I think about, he never mentioned work. But he has to have a job to afford his car and bills. I'll just have to wait and ask him.

It was getting late and everyone was drunk, at least I know I was. I still hadn't talked to Mike. I found myself sitting on the deck again. Jocelyn danced her way over to me, "hey girl". I laughed "what's up".

"You're so much fun lets hangout moreee" she sang. That made me really happy. "I agree!" She sat next to me, we were both quiet for a few minutes. Jocelyn started laughing, "im so drunk" I just laughed along. "You're not driving home you know. Good thing I have an extra bedroom. Hey have you seen Mike?" She laughed, "he's on the front porch."

"I'm gonna go find him." I got up and stumbled my way to the front porch. "Hey there" I said. "Hey, what's up?" Uh, what do you think. "We haven't talked all night."

"Yeah, I've looking for you." He smiled. ha, liar. "Oh. Well, you're not allowed to leave. Nobody is. No drinking and driving." Take that, liar.

"Alright, cool." Then it was silent. "I'm gonna go inside. You boys can sleep in the living room. Jocelyns getting the guest bedroom." Then I disappeared into my new house.
