I pulled away and looked at him. His eyes were wide, and I could feel mine were the same. We both sat there saying nothing. My heart was beating so fast, and I couldn't think straight.

And almost instantly, our lips collided together again. Our lips were in sync, and neither of us pulled away. That voice in my head telling me not to do this was getting louder and louder, but I didn't listen.

Everything with him felt so right even if we had only met a day ago. But then again, he's my teacher. I can't do this, but I want to. My life seemed like it was falling apart, and I needed this.

Just then, I felt Shawn's hands around my waist pull me up to sit on his lap. My hands were currently tangled in his brown locks, and I didn't care if I was messing up his hair.

I pulled tightly on his hair as he bit my lower lip, and that's when we both realized the bell for school had just rung. I pulled away, and was still sitting on his lap.

"Wow," I heard him whisper and I smiled while biting my lip.

"Yeah," I said and I couldn't think of anything else.

"Um we should probably go," he whispered and I nodded.

"Yeah we probably should," I said while tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.

Then, as if anything else could happen, he ended up pulling me back onto his lips again. I moaned against his lips as his hands roamed up and down my back.

This whole session lasted for three to four minutes, and I didn't regret anything, but then in another second, there was a loud bang on the door.

I quickly jumped off his lap and fixed my hair and makeup. I bit my lip again and looked towards Shawn who was fixing his shirt and hair.

"Mr. Mendes? Is everything alright in there?" I heard a man ask and my heart started beating once I realized who it was.

"Shit Mr. Hartley," I heard Shawn mumble and he quickly ran to the door before fixing his hair again.

"Sit on the couch and pretend like you were still crying," he told me and I nodded.

I sat on the couch and fake cried while burying my face in my hands. I heard the door open and my palms were sweaty.

"Mr. Mendes what is-" he cut his sentence off and I could sense him looking at me, "Ms. Garcia?"

I continued to cry as Shawn spoke for me, "She came to me because her father had left her and her mother, she said she wanted to know if any sort of music could take her mind off of it."

Then, I felt the other side of the couch sink and Mr. Hartley was beside me.

"Ms. Garcia why didn't you go to your counselor? They're always there for you," he said and I lifted my head up to reveal my fake tears.

"I know they are, but you don't understand music is my passion and if anything I would want that to take my mind off of everything," I said and part of it was actually true.

"I see, well are you okay to keep going through the day?" He asked and I nodded.

"Yeah I'll be okay," I told him and he smiled.

"Well then Mr. Mendes you should get back to your class, same to you Ms. Garcia," he said while looking back at Shawn.

After that, Mr. Hartley left the room which only left Shawn and I again.

"Ms. Garcia, don't you have a class to get to?" Shawn asked while holding the door open and gesturing for me to leave.

I smiled and wiped my tears away. I got up from the couch and walked towards the door. As I left I made sure to turn back to him and gave him a flirtatious wink.

The face he made had me laughing as I left to take my seat in his class.
