I have a theory that Race used to live in Brooklyn with Spot, even before Spot was the leader of Brooklyn, But Race left Brooklyn for Manhatten ( because well Brooklyn is Brooklyn!) and Spot was about to become the ruthless leader, but Race still watches the Sheephead races with Spot and the Brooklyn newsies. For some reason Spot let Race
selling paps in Brooklyn. Both of them are best friends and Surprisingly Race is the only person that Spot feels he doesn't have to act tough around and he can be himself.
