*I'm sorry I haven't updated in forever, I just haven't been able to come up with ideas for this novel*

All throughout the walk up the mountain, the Jack wouldn't stop asking Alice if she was okay, or if she wanted them to stop and take a break.
"For the last time, no! I am fine, I don't need a break." Alice sighed, annoyed.
She walked ahead of them.
"Certainly, she isn't alright." Jack sighed.
"Why do you say that?" The Mad Hatter asked.
"Not after that many wounds." he replied.
"Alice is a strong girl." The Mad Hatter said. "I'm sure she's fine."
"If you say so." Jack said.
                                ...
Alice stopped, right in front of her was a huge rock pile.
"It looks like we'll have to climb over it." Jack said, as he walked up to the pile.
"Climb over that!" The Mad Hatter exclaimed.
"Yes, and it'll take a great deal of time." Jack said, trying to find the top.
They began climbing up the rock pile, and again, Jack's only concern was Alice's health.
"We can't take a break while climbing!" Alice yelled at him.
Jack backed away. Mumbling sorry.
Alice huffed.
"You know he's just trying to help." The Mad Hatter said.
"Yeah, yeah, but no matter how many times I tell him I'm fine, he keeps bugging me." She complained.
The Mad Hatter shrugged and climbed ahead of her.
Alice's foot slipped. "Crap!" she shouted.
"Are you alright, my la- I mean, Alice?" Jack shouted.
"Yeah, just slipped." she regained her footing.
                                ...
An hour later, they made it to the top of the rock pile.
"Look, the pile was so tall it led us five paths above where we were!" The Mad Hatter said, cheerfully.
Alice hopped off the rock pile and sat on the ground. "Finally!"
"Yes, let us take a short break." Jack said.
The Mad Hatter sat near Alice, pulled off his hat, and pulled out a teapot and cups.
He handed a cup to Alice, and then Jack, and poured them all tea.
They enjoyed their tea, and then began their journey again.
                              ...
The three of them had walked until night.
"We shall sleep here for the night!" Jack
They set the tent up again, and started a fire, ate, and went to sleep.
                               ...
They woke up the next morning at six, and started their journey again.
"I think by tomorrow evening, we should be at the top!" Jack stated.
"Good, I'll be glad to be off this horrible mountain." Alice said.
"Its not all that bad." Jack replied.
Alice rolled her eyes.
They ate a quick breakfast, packed up the campsite, and left.
Right after leaving the campsite, They felt something biting their feet, and legs.
"Ow!" Alice exclaimed. "What the heck?"
She looked down at her feet to see a bunch of flowers biting them.
Alice started stepping on them, but their were to many.
They ran, but the flowers popped up out of the ground and followed them.
"What the heck!?" Alice exclaimed as she ran.
Then, one of her wounds, that hadn't healed fully yet, came back open.
She screamed and fell to the ground.
The flowers giggled.
Jack stopped running, and went back to where Alice was.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
"I think one of my wounds came open." She said, holding her hip, where the wound was.
The flowers had caught up.
Jack picked her up, and gently started running again.
The Mad Hatter stopped suddenly, and pulled out a weapon.
Jack and Alice kept running.
The Mad Hatter had pulled out a blowtorch, and burned all the flowers, until the blowtorch stopped working. He tossed the torch to the side, turned around, and caught back up with Jack and Alice.
