"I-I-I... I surrender." The wizard sighed.
"Good. Now, first help us get Alice back in her feet." The Jack ordered.
The wizard got to his feet and entered the room behind the big doors.
Then he dug through hundreds of bottles till he found an oddly shaped green bottle.
"Here, feed her this." The wizard grumbled.
The Jack handed it to The Mad Hatter.
The Mad Hatter took it and fed it to Alice.
"She'll wake within the hour." The wizard said, still grumbling.
"Good. Now, did Wonderland." The Jack said.
The wizard thought about it for a while.
"Will I still get my room in the castle?" he asked.
The Mad Hatter scoffed.
The Jack stood for a while, he seemed to be listening to something.
A few minutes later he came to a conclusion.
"You will, but it may not be what you were expecting." he said.
"Works for me!" the wizard said, happily.
"I'm going to need my wand back to turn Wonderland back the way it was." he said, holding out his hand.
"Alright." The Jack said, handing the wizard his wand.
The wizard took the wand and started casting a spell in Italian.
"Incantesimo, formula magica. Lascio cadere il pollo nel pozzo. E mentre queste parole non hanno senso. tutta la magia avrà inizio. Meraviglie sarà presto normale. Tutto pulito e normale" A green and yellow light shot out of his wand, and the wizard collapsed.
The Jack ran up to him.
"Are you alright." he asked.
"Yes, the spell just took all my energy." he said. "I should be fine in an hour or so."
"I actually have no idea what those words mean. I just know they work.v the wizard chuckled tiredly.
Then, Alice woke.
"Oww." she complained. "Why does everything hurt?"
"Ah yes, she'll be fine, but she won't remember the past couple of minutes." the wizard mumbled.
"Is she okay to walk?" The Jack asked.
"She should be. Why?" the wizard asked, tiredly.
"Good. Where is the nearest exit?" Jack asked, ignoring the wizards question.
"Its that elevator over there." he pointed to an elevator in the corner of the room. "Why?"
Ignoring the question, Jack picked up the wizard.
"Put me down!" the wizard yelled.
"Alice, Hatter, lets go." Jack said, nodding his head toward the elevator.
They stood, and all of them walked to the elevator.
"How far down will this take us?" Jack asked.
"All the way to the bottom of the mountain." the wizard replied.
"There was an elevator this whole time?!" Alice exclaimed.
They got in the elevator and pushed the first floor.
The Jack put the wizard down while they were in the elevator.
Alice was mumbling about how they could've taken an elevator the way up.
The Mad Hatter pulled out his tea pot and was enjoying some tea.
About fifteen minutes later, they made it to the bottom.
The Jack picked up the wizard again, The Mad Hatter out away his tea, and they were off, back to the castle.
"You aren't lying about me getting a room in the castle, are you?" the wizard asked, suspicious.
"Of course not. But again, its probably not what you were expecting." The Jack warned.
"I love surprised!" the wizard giggled. "Anyway, you can put me down now, I feel fine."
The Jack obeyed.
On there way to the castle, they saw many of the people of Wonderland come out of their hiding spots. Their eyes and skin were back to normal.
They were all talking and laughing as if nothing had happened.
...
An hour later, they made it back to the castle.
They were greeted by the queen, who was now in an enormous wheelchair.
"Welcome back, The Jack of Clubs!" she said. "Show this wizard to his, uh, room."
The Jack nodded to Alice and The Mad Hatter, picked up the wizard again, and they headed off.
"You two." The Red Queen turned her attention to Alice and The Mad Hatter. "I hope you don't expect a reward, seeing as I liked Wonderland the way it was."
Alice rolled her eyes.
The Red Queen looked like she was going to say something about Alice's jester, but decided it was best not to.
Moments later The Jack had returned with the wizard's wand.
"Why do you have that?" The Mad Hatter asked.
"The Queen told me to do so." he replied, pulling an earpiece out of his ear. "I had full communication with her the entire time."
Alice looked only slightly surprised.
"Now you two, I don't want to see you for a very long time." The Red Queen said. "Now get out of my castle!"
The two of them said farewell to The Jack, and headed out.
...
By the time Alice had returned to her world, only two hours had passed.
She ran up to her room and quickly got out of her now completely ruined dress, threw it away, and changed into casual clothing.
"Mother, Father, I'm back!" she yelled down the stairs.THE END.
