Finding anyone in the underworld was complicated, especially if you were looking for the devil himself which was why they looked for Abaddon instead. Since he was Lucifer's right hand man, he usually knew every step the Devil took. Time in the underworld ticked by quicker than Earth did, a minute felt like days and an hour felt like decades, yet the color of the sky never faded dark nor light. Kristina walked for what seemed like days until she found Abaddon speaking to a group of demons, one of them being the mute Barley. Since the day Lucifer ripped his tongue out he has been tormented by his peers, and the worst of it all was that he couldn't speak to defend himself.

"Abaddon, may we have a word?" she pushed through Barley and a demon named Eric without a care, just to face Abaddon. He looked at her, his black eyes emotionless.

"Shouldn't you be keeping an eye on Estrella?" he interrogated. He folded his arms across his chest in disapproval, he thought he had been clear with Ravana (or Kristina).

"That's why I'm here," she spoke with sarcasm dripping in her Southern accent. "her friend Jenna is starting something our Lord will not approve of!"

The demons surrounding them began whispering to another, completely inaudible to Ravana's hearing. Abaddon uncrossed his arms and stepped closer to Ravana, feeling his stomach turn uneasily. He did not want to know, but he had to know for Lucifer.

"What's the matter?"

"From what I gathered tonight, there's a hunk of a man coming to the club. His name is Matthew Erwins, he likes Estrella a lot. Enough to ask Jenna about her. So, she gave him Estrella's phone number. We both know where this may lead and Lucifer---"

"Won't be jubilant." Abaddon finished slowly as he tried to think clearly. Ravana nodded her head.

"Good boy, you're keeping up. Now, should I tell the big guy or will you do the honors?"

The demons looked at Abaddon and saw the uncertain look on his face but he knew this was his responsibility, even if he wanted to avoid this. He turned on his boots and walked through the demons silently, thinking about Lucifer's reaction to this. He was already in a bad mood, hiding out in his bedroom with his "whores". Lucifer had the "player" reputation here because he had sex with every female demon without a care, but Abaddon expected him to stop after Estrella came along yet surprisingly Lucifer still did it. He reached Lucifer's bedroom door after walking for multiple minutes and inhaled apprehensively, he was not prepared but he knew he never would be. Abaddon raised his fist and knocked loud with his knuckles, stepping an inch back in case Lucifer opened the door.

"He's occupied now, come back later!" Lilith yelled from the inside.

"It's urgent!"

Abaddon sighed, he despised Lilith. Not only because she was the biggest whore here but because she acted like she was the queen when he knew Estrella was his queen.

"Brother, it's about Estrella!" he shouted. It became quiet. "you want to know about this."

"Come in, brother." Said Lucifer, in a weak tone.

Abaddon opened the door and came in to see Lucifer lying on his very large bed, his silhouette was illuminated by the flame of candles and he looked very unwell. Black shadows surrounded his eyes and his eyelids fought hard to stay open; his lips were cracked and very white and his skin was a sickish gray. This was the affect Estrella had on him while they were apart, the older she got the worse the affect got.

"Brother," Abaddon gasped in shock. He saw Lucifer three days ago and he didn't look this bad, yes he was weak and nauseous but he didn't look like he was dying. "you need to go see her."
He approached the end of the bed and stood there with his hands folded together behind his back, staring at Lucifer in concern. Lilith rolled her eyes then laid her head against Lucifer's arm, glaring at Abaddon with hatred. Whenever Estrella was mentioned, she felt a wave of jealousy wash over her.
