So ever since I was little I've always acted more like a boy and I only had long hair until I was about five then my mom decided to have my hair cut short cause I had this habit of chewing on my hair "yummy" (sarcastic) but I really liked it and for years I kept my hair short and also for years and even now people were like are you a boy or a girl and of course back then I was like I'm a girl and it annoyed me but now I'm just like I'm a boy I've always dressed like a boy and enjoyed doing "boy" things but it first came to my attention that I could be transgender when for some reason my consular brought it up and I started thinking about it and researching it and started doing this after my consular mentioned it cause for a few months I've been hating my body mainly my chest and wishing I was a boy but I'd been like that sept for really hating my chest all my life so I didn't think anything of it until my consular brought it up and then after research and stuff I was just like this is who I am I'm transgender I'm a boy not a girl fuck having to wear dresses make-up and high heel to be considered pretty so that kinda brings me to now cause that was like a month ago but the first person I told was a friend of mine Alicia and I didn't know this until I told her but she has a really close friend who's transgender so she knows how to be supportive so she was happy to call me he/him pronouns and Asher or Ash for short instead of my birth name or any other names and either though I still annoy the hell out of her a lot of the time she still loves me sorta like a mother loves her child it's kinda funny how she acts like my mom a lot of the time and it's even a little funnier cause she's older than me. Shout out to you either though you don't follow me on wattpad and don't have an account as far as I know but another one of my other friends that have been really supportive has a wattpad account it's fuzzylumpkin1 so follow her. Give her some love. lol I sound like Maryjane🤣. So to all the people out there who don't know what Transgender means or understand what it's like. So Transgender mean you look like one sex (gender) but feel like your the other and it typically and come with disforia which compiles with the feeling like your the opposite sex but the worse it is the hard it can be to ignore the fact your transgender as a lot of people no they will have a hard time excepting it or be afraid no one will except it this was my case in the beginning but then I was like in going to tell Alicia and see what her reactions like. Don't be afraid except yourself cause your afraid of what others think or cause you don't think it's "normal" cause for hundreds of tweens teens and adults it's 100% normal. But other things that can happen due to having disforia this also depends on how bad your disforia is and it can be body disforia or voice disforia but body disforia makes you hate the way you look say your biologically female but you feel like your male transgender males before the start transitioning will tended to really hate how big and noticeable there chests are and how curvy there sides are so typically to fix this problem you'll have to bind I recommend getting a professional binder and not do it your self it can have major side affects and be dangerous if you don't know what your doing but another way is to just layer clothing this is what I do cause to be honest I don't have anything to affectively bind cause I haven't come out to my parents yet. But voice disforia causes you to hate the tone of your voice you either think it's to high or to low and it can really drive you nuts a way to fix this is to either start hormone replacement therapy or try and find other way to make your vocal cords stretch so you can make your voice sound louder or higher honestly the best way to do this is look up voice changing exorsises or singing but singing takes a long time and you have to practice a lot. And if you don't know what hormone replacement therapy is it's where you start taking different hormones than what your body produces typically by inhecting it with a needle personally I'm afraid of needles like if you a transgender male you'd start doing testosterone but bare in mind you have to be publicly out for a least two years and I think be 16 or older to start hormone replacement therapy and you also have to see a gender therapist or a sex oologist. Another thing I want to talk about is binding so binding is where you compress your chest or hide it to give it a flatter apperance you can find many methods of doing this but never ever use duck tape or ace bandages cause research have shown these methods to be very dangerous and it doesn't help that the media shows people binding using bandaged all the time but ace bandaged in particular are dangerous cause there meant to tighten so when you breathe or move it slowly starts to constrict your breathing and it can also lead to chest pain side pain broken ribs breast tissue deformity or something like that and in some cases extreme suffocation. So please be very careful how you bind also something never to do don't sleep while binding not even in a good binder and also don't bind more than 12 hour that's the maximum time for binding try to bind as least amount of time possible. Ways you can bring other than a binder is you can layer two or three sports bras over one another you can take tight leggings and cut the legs of and cut a hole where the crouch would be big enough to put your head threw and that will be the head hole and your arms go through the leg holes and also if you have a big chest most of the methods other than a binder won't work very well believe me it's very frustrating but such is life. You can google DIY chest binders and it will come up with lots of hits so you can do that. Another thing you can do is get a sex change surgery typically this will mostly be just chest surgery to make you look like you have breasts or to get rid of your breasts but I'm pretty sure you have to be over eighteen. Another thing you can do if your Transgender to make you more comfortable is to change your name and pronouns try to pick a name that is close to you birth name or at least has the same first letter this can make it easier for people to remember when you come out another helpful thing to do is pick a gender neutral name like Ash Sam Maxine Sean Rylie Shay etc if you don't know what pronouns are it's what people refer to you as like if you are biologically male but your a transgender female instead of being called him you'd have people call you she. I might update this but I hope you found some of these things helpful or at least educational or interesting. Until next update-Soran
