Everyone will hear this every time they get hurt by someone, but recent research shows time on its own might make emotional and mental wounds worse 'cause you just ignore them, you don't confront them and learn to deal with them. Just talk to a lot of abuse victims it maybe 30 years since they've seen their abuser but they still feel all the same things as back then, a lot of people who ignore mental and emotional wounds can actually be prone to suicidal tendencies, self-harm, drinking, smoking, doing drugs, have unprotected sex anything considered risky behavior to cope, to prove something, or to numb it all out. The only way time can help is if you get help see a therapist and have support from family, and friends. Suffering in silence will do so much more harm then good. You're strong. Until next update~Ash
