So I have a permanent acute fracture in my lower back. I actually figured this out when I was 8. I'm used to having it but it can be a pain 'cause when I bend over a little bit to sweep or vacuum or something then stand up it HURTS 'cause my back where the fracture is camps Super easy. It's actually right above the start of my tail bone. I actually got it from fall off my play house roof I'm not 100% sure that's how but it's the only thing I can think of that'd have enough force to put a permanent crack in my spine. Unless I got it a few years prior but I know that I couldn't have happened 'cause I figured out I had a fracture 'cause I would always complain to my parents that my back hurt so they took me to the doctor and they had me get a C.A.T scan and a week later my mom got a phone call from my doctor saying I had a fracture in the lower part of my spine. After that I had to go to Seattle to have a bone specialist look at it and measure me to make a back-brace and two days later I went back to pick it up and for 7 maybe 8 week I had to wear it all the time even when I was asleep but when my parents weren't looking I'd take it off when I was sweating to much or when I was going to bed 'cause that thing was determined to make me as uncomfortable as hell so I couldn't sleep. I still have my back-brace just in case my fracture starts to bother me a lot it forces me to sit up straight cause it's rock hard so I can't bend over, so when I wore it at school when I dropped my pencil I'd force this person out of spite to pick it up for me. I hate it most of the time when I wore it 'cause it made me uncomfortable Hot it would stick to me and it was hard to get comfortable. My fracture doesn't limit me much I just can't bend as much 'cause it hurts when I stand up and it poses a risk of the fracture getting worse and actually 'causing my back to break in half and I also can't jump off high things 'cause my spine is a little weaker so I don't want to risk completely breaking my back. I later might add a picture of 8 year old me with my back-brace. Until next update~Asher
