I want to delve deeper

I want to see who you are

I want to be able to heal you

I want you too let me in

But you're just like me

And I know that I'll never be able too

I want to be the one to bring a smile

To your quieted lips

I want to sit closer to you

And look into your eyes

I just want to talk to you

But you're so hard to pry open

I don't where to begin

But that's probably how everyone else

Feels about me

Too quiet

Too closed off

But that's how I like to live

It's just easier that way

Please just give me a chance

All I want to do is delve deeper into you
