My sight blurs as a seemingly endless stream of tears continue to flow from my eyes. They fall, landing on his face as I hold him. I slightly rock myself back and forth while curling my arms around his head. Everything and everyone seems to come to a complete stop. Stuck within this dull moment, I go through and question the previous events that just took place.

'This can't be happening? Why is this happening?!'

Wallowing in the depths of my own mind, I lose focus of everything else taking place around me. My surroundings become a large confusing haze, and the tears in my eyes aren't helping. In the midst of everything, I feel a sudden change in the air.

Wind begins to furiously whip past me, following the blare of a loud shout. Lifting my head, I stare wide-eyed at Naruto's appearance. 'He's the cause of all this?' A large amount of ominous red chakra quickly swirls around Naruto, creating what seems to be a faint shape of the Ninetails. His teeth and nails are now sharper than before. The once cute whiskers on his face are now more defined and obvious. Despite all of his changes, the main feature that throws me off are the sharp red eyes that replace his pure blue ones. They strike with relentless anger and the intent to kill without mercy. I don't bother moving. I simply stare in concern and fear for my dear friend. It's shocking, the sight is hard to take in. Seeing Naruto, a person who's always happy and positive, like this. It scares me.

'...Naruto.'

With his eyes now focused on Haku, Naruto begins to shout angrily. All of his hatred seems to pour out while he does so.

"You...you'll pay for what you've done!"

Immediately after, Naruto attacks Haku in the blink of an eye. He somehow manages to spot Haku within a mirror, and lands a punch directly on his face. Haku is forced out and flies back due to the impact. The chakra infused mirror shattering in an instant. The mirrors Sasuke and I tried so hard to break, are taken down with one punch from Naruto.

'Unbelievable, the power of the Ninetails is amazing. Haku's really in for a fight now. I just hope that Naruto will be ok.'

As Naruto goes on to continue fighting, I turn my attention to Sasuke. My hand remains on the side of his cheek and I notice his face growing paler with every second that passes. The sight once again brings welling tears to fall from my face.

'No, I can't give up. There still must be something I can do. I have to do it...there's no other choice and I'm running out of time!'

Gently setting Sasuke's head on the ground, I examine his body, deciding what I should do first. I begin with carefully removing the larger needles lodged within his midsection and upper body. This will allow my jutsu to work better since they won't be in the way.

'And now for the final part...the jutsu. I hope I'm able to complete it perfectly. I haven't practice it that much, but with all the training I've done in chakra control, I should be able to manage.'

Gathering the last of my strength, I create a specific hand sign and focus on the jutsu. After pressing the palm of my hands on Sasuke's chest, I say...

"Sutomi Composed Stitching!"

A burst of purple light begins to leak from my hands, creating a violet glow to emanate around Sasuke. Sutomi chakra by itself is very unique and can heal a lot of damage. But this technique in particular is different. It should only be used in times of desperate need, knowing it consumes a ridiculous amount of energy. This is a life-or-death situation so I have no choice.

I directly insert chakra into Sasuke's body. Forcing it to flow upward and work its way down from the inside. I go over each and every injury, being sure to heal each one completely. Working on the large ones first, I stop the bleeding. Allowing my chakra to seal each one, replicating stitches, hence the name Sutomi Composed Stitching. I continue at a rushed pace, but it only drains my chakra even more.

'I don't have that much left, but I need to keep going! I can't let Sasuke die!'

I start panting lightly as I feel more and more of my strength being taken away. I look down at my hands as my vision begins to go in and out. My eyes begin to close. Quickly shaking my head left and right, I force my eyes open. My panting breath become heavier. I was about to pass out.

Applying even more chakra, I force myself to endure a little longer. As time goes on so does the battle. From what I can see, Naruto is holding up on his own. I doubt anyone could stop him at this point.

Meanwhile, I carry on with the struggle of keep myself from fainting. At this point, my eyes are half-lidded, just begging to close. My hands begin to feel numb and my face is covered in sweat. No matter how hard I try, it seems my body has finally reached its limit. Fatigue finally hits me like a ton of bricks as I fall back, laying on the ground beside Sasuke.

'This isn't good. Sasuke hasn't woken up yet and I'm completely out of chakra. I can't move my body anymore.'

I'm stuck staring at Sasuke's face while my eyes slowly close.
