Chapter 13

--Jades POV--

"C'mon c'mon." I groan as I keep tugging at the chains. My wrists are bleeding but I can't feel them anymore. I've become numb after about half an hour of me trying to break the chains. "I've already tried Jade, just give up." Wes says looking at me. "We have to get outta here. Kian is gonna come look for us and he could get killed. I can't let him do that." I say trying to break the chains again. No luck.

I let out a sigh and lay my head back on the wall. "Fuck." I breathe out. "Jade we are gonna be fine. Either we will get outta here or Kian will come and kick Dampyr's ass. You gotta have some faith in him." Wes says. "I do have faith in him." I say looking over at him.

"Then stop worrying that he will get killed. Kian wouldn't fight Dampyr if he knew he was gonna get killed. He wouldn't do that because he knew that if he died he would be putting you in so much pain. Kian has a plan and I promise you that it will work."

"Wes I wanna thank you again. I'm glad you're here." I smile. "Hey what kind of friend would I be if I let you get chained up to a wall by yourself." He smirks.

--Kian's POV--

"Kian what's wrong?" Harry asks. I'm currently sitting at Harry and Kelli's house with Sam and Darcy. "It's Jade. Something bad happened."

"What? What happened?" Kelli's asks getting up from her spot on the couch next to Harry. "It's hard to explain but to sum it up, she ran away then got kidnapped."

"How? Why would she run away? Who kidnapped her?" Kelli's took a step closer to me with every question. "It's all so much to explain but I though you guys should know and I need your help. Both of yours." I say nodding to Harry and Sam. "Your my brother so I'm with you no matter what." Harry says walking over to me and patting my shoulder. "You're my best friend so of course I'll help you." Sam says standing by my other side. "Thanks guys."

"What about us? Are we just gonna sit back and do nothing?" Kelli's asks and Darcy nods. "She knows." I ask looking at Sam. He nods. "I couldn't keep it from her."

"I'm sorry but there's nothing you can really do. If you ever went up against who we are going up against, you would die within seconds." I say with honesty. "What if he have weapons?" Darcy asks crossing her arms. "What kind of weapons are we talking about?" I ask stepping toward them. She smirks. "Follow me." She says as she is walking out of the house. We all follow behind.

"What are we doing at your house?" Harry asks as we arrive at Darcy's house. "You'll see." She says as she goes into the garage. "What is your girlfriend up to?" I ask Sam as Kelli and Harry enter the garage. "She knows more about us than you think." He smirks. What the hell does that mean? I ask myself as we walk into the garage.

"Holy shit." Harry says looking around the garage. There are guns, bow and arrows, and knifes handing from the walls but they are behind cages. "She's a hunter." Harry says and looks at me then Sam. "She won't hurt us." Sam defends his mate. "I wanna help." Darcy speaks up. I look at Harry who is giving me the look that says 'don't do it.' I shrug my shoulders. "Okay, but if you hurt any werewolves that aren't Dampyr I will chain you up on the woods and leave you there to die." I say. I don't care if she is Sam's mate. If she hurts or kills any of my pack members, Tate's pack, Cody's pack, or Jade I will leave her to die.

"I won't." She says. Her heart beat stays the same so I know she isn't lying. "Okay let's go to the pack house, all of us." I say heading out of the garage. "Why all of us?" Darcy asks. "So everyone knows the plan."

--Wes's POV--

"Here he comes." Jade whispers. I lift my head up off the wall. Dampyr appears from the shadows of the abandoned building. He has a tray of good in his hands. "Thought maybe you guys were hungry." He smirked. He sets the tray down between Jade and I. I tried so hard not to ring the chains around his neck.

"Why do you need us chained up?" Jade asks. "So you guys won't run away. Isn't it obvious." He states. "Your plan won't work. You think Kian is just gonna willingly go with you." Jade spits. "He is gonna have to."

"And why's that?" I ask. "Because if he doesn't then he will have to see the one he loves in a lot of pain. And if he does what I ask then Jade will be free and I won't bother you guys ever again."

"What about me?" I ask. "I'm gonna show Jade what will happen to her if Kian doesn't take my offer and if you live then you can go, but if you don't well that's the circle of life." He smirks.

"What do you want us to do when he gets here?" Jade asks. I look over at her and shake my head. "Jade do to listen to him. He will turn Kian into a killer."

"When he gets here I will let him find you and when that happens you tell him to accept my offer." Dampyr says then starts walking away.

"Okay, but I will only agree to tell him if you let Wes go." Dampyr stops walking. "No." I tell her. "Wes I don't want you to get hurt." I shake my head. "I'm not going anywhere without you."

"Okay." Dampyr says making our attention go to him. "Wes can go." He says and walks over to me. He starts taking off the chains but I stand still, not moving. "I'm not going anywhere." I tell them. "Wes please just go and tell Kian I'm okay." She says as tears roll down her cheeks. "No." I protest. "Wes you don't want to have a repeat of what happened at the casino now do you."

"I'm not going anywhere." I stand my ground. Dampyr laughs. "Okay if that's what you want." He says and kicks me in the stomach. I groan but stand my ground. "Are you gonna fight back?"

I shake my head. "You're making this to easy." He smirks. Dampyr kicks, punches, shoves me into things but I don't budge. "Okay well looks like I'm gonna have to hit you where it hurts."

He starts walking toward Jade. "What are you doing?" I ask trying to walk over to her but I can't move as fast as I can because of the pain. "You brought this on yourself." He says right before he takes her arm and snaps it. She cries out in pain. "NO!" I yell. I tackle him to the ground and punch him over and over until he stops moving.

"Jade are you okay?" I ask. "My arm." She groans. "Wes call him." I looks at her confused. "Call him. You don't have chains on you can transform." Then I realize what she was talking about. I shift half way and suck in a big breath.

I tilt my head up and howl as loud as I can so Kian and the rest of the pack can hear and find us quicker.

--Kian's POV--

"Are you sure about this?" Ricky asks after I told everyone the plan. "Yes I'm sure. We are going against one guy and their are ten of us. We just-." I was cut off by a howl. Wesley.

"It's Wesley. Fuck the plan everyone let's go and follow where that came from!" I yell and all of us take off in the direction of the howl and shifted in the process. I was ahead with Tate following not far behind with the rest of the group. Sam was a little farther back than everyone else because he had Darcy on his back.

They sounded closer this time so they must not be in Vegas anymore. Thinking of them being closer made me pick up my pace so I could get there quicker before anything happened. All I know is that if I get there quicker I can save them and end this once and for all.
