17 - Issues and Problems..

FATES POV

I woke up with Adeen in my arms. I slowly removed myself from them and went to my bedroom. When I opened the door I was surprised to not see Eliza sleeping in my bed. I saw a note instead.

To Fate.

I heard parts of the phone call with Xavier. You were quite loud. I heard Adeen come and help you after. I thought that it was a good time for me to leave. You didn't need my help after all. I quickly zipped home. We can hang out tomorrow okay? I'll see you at school.

I smiled and jumped on my bed. I looked at the time, 6am. Great. I could've slept another hour.

KYLIES POV

My eyes fluttered opened allowing me to see the beautiful morning sunshine peering through my window. I sat up, arching my back like a cat. Yawning in the process. I ripped my bed sheets off my bed. I whooshed to my closet and chose some clothes to wear.

Pants? No, too hot.

Beanie? No I'm not apart of Coldplay.

I finally chose a navy skater skirt and a white lace singlet top to wear. I threw on a navy cardigan to match. I slipped on some lace shoes too. I swear I'm just a fashionista.

I zoomed to the mirror and spread my make up on the table. I wiped some foundation all over my face. It spread nicely. I grabbed my navy eyeliner and drew a straight line over the rim of my eye. I did the same to the bottom but only drew it halfway across. I grabbed some navy eyeshadow and spread that across my top eyelids. It somehow looks smokey. Funny. I grabbed some brown lipstick and lathered it on my lips. I smiled at myself. Damn! I really am truly amazing!

I happily skipped to my closet and grabbed a blood bag. I sighed and drank a sip. Mmmm it's warm. Very warm. Almost like the real thing. I grinned sucking more and more out of the bag. Refreshing, very refreshing. I drank every last drop and threw the bag away. I zoomed to my bathroom and brushed my teeth furiously. I gotta get the bloody look out of my mouth. I brushed and brushed till the smell and taste was gone. I put more lipstick on because it rubbed off. I grabbed my handbag and looked at my phone. 3 missed calls, and two voicemails. I quickly checked them. You never know what could be happening.

"WELCOME TO VOICEMAIL, YOU HAVE TWO NEW MESSAGES" the computer told me.

"FIRST VOICE MESSAGE RECEIVED YESTERDAY AT 9.05 PM. BEEP.......

Hey Ky it's Fate."

Man, she sounds down.

"Well um I really kinda need you right now. Give me a call when you can. Bye.

BEEEP! PRESS ONE TO SAVE THIS MESSAGE, PRESS TWO TO DELETE THIS MESSAGE, PRESS THREE TO LISTEN TO OTHER-"

I looked at my phone and pressed three.

"SECOND MESSAGE RECIEVED AT 6.02 AM. BEEP!

Hey it's Fate again. I don't know if you go my voice message or not but still I thought i'd call you again. Please call me when you can. I'd like to pretty please call or see me before school starts. Well um bye."

I hung up. Okay, that was strange. She never leaves voicemails. I looked at the clock. 6.30am.

Why would she call me so early?

I shrugged and dialled her number.

*BEEP BEEEEP BEEEPP*

"Hello?" She yawned.
