"Camila are you okay?" Normani asked, her best friend/band mate, as she broke the news to her about Lauren and Lucy dating. The younger girl stared at the floor with a face expression Normani couldn't read. "Of course I am, I'm happy for her." Was all Camila could say before getting up and walking out of her best friends hotel room.

She walked back to her room and opened the door, she closed it and stared at nothing for awhile. "You're handling it surprisingly good." Dinah said causing Camila to jump, Camila stared at her best friend who was sitting on her bed. "Dammit Dinah you nearly gave me a heart attack." Camila said trying to catch her breath form the scare.

"I'm sorry, but Mani told me she was gonna break the news to you and I didn't want you to be alone." Dinah admitted as Camila smiled a smal smile that wasn't her usual one, "Thanks Cheechee." Camila said softly as she sat by her best friend. "So you are okay?" Dinah asked staring at Camila with soft eyes, "I think so, I mean I'm not crying so that's a good thing. I think I'm still kind of in shock." Camila admitted truthfully and Dinah couldn't help but frown sadly.

"Do you maybe wanna talk about it?" Dinah asked curiously as Camila looked at her, "What's there to talk about?" She asked. "Lauren's dating Lucy now, good for her." Camil added bluntly as Dinah gave her a look. "Walz, I don't care about that, I mean how dose Lauren dating Lucy make you feel?" The blonde asked as Camila sighed, "Sad, shocked, I don't know." Camila said shrugging, "It doesn't matter anyways, no matter how I feel Lauren is dating Lucy and there's nothing that will change that." Camila said in a quite voice.

"Mila it matter how you feel to me okay? I know Lauren was your first kiss, your first girlfriend, and your first everything. I know this is affecting you." Dinah said softly as Camila looked down, "It's just not fair, she never wanted to come out while we were dating, that's the reason we broke up. Now suddenly Lucy comes along and it doesn't even matter to her that they're out. Was she ashamed of me? Is dating me really that embarrassing?" Camila asked in a distraught voice trying to sound strong. "Chancho, I think when you and Lauren were dating, you were both young and confused." Dinah started as Camila looked at her.

"Lauren's older now, your older now, she knows what she wants and doesn't care about what people think anymore." Dinah added as Camila sighed, "I know, and I'm happy for her I just don't know why I feel like this." Camila admitted, "Maybe you should talk to her." Dinah said casually as Camila stared at her. "I don't know if that's a very good idea, I don't want to bother her with this or make her think I'm trying to break her and Lucy up." Camila said staring at her best friend.

"Mila, Lauren is an understanding person, I don't think she'd think that you were trying to break her and Lucy up. Just explain to her that you want some answers, so you can have closure or some shit like that." Dinah said making Camila sigh, "What would I even say to her?" The brunette asked curiously.

"The truth. Tell her you want to know why she never wanted to go public with you, tell her it's for closure and not because you want to break her and Lucy up." Dinah explained as Camila looked down, "She's in her room right no chanch." Dinah added as Camila looked at her watch.

"It's 9pm Dinah, don't you think it's a little late?" Camila asked as Dinah gave her a look, "Fine, okay, I'll go talk to her." Camila mumbled as she stood up. "Will you be here when I get back?" She asked again as Dinah stood up and hugged her, "Always." Dinah said as Camila hugged back. As they pulled away Camila sighed and walked over to the door, "Well wish me luck." Camila mumbled as she walked out. She walked two doors down to Lauren's hotel room and stood in front of the older girls door for a good five minutes.

She finally found the courage to knock and Lauren opened the door smiling till she saw it was Camila. "You're not room service." The greeneye'd girl said furrowing her eyebrows as Camila looked down, "I uh, I really need to talk to you." The brunette said and Lauren could hear the pain in her voice. "Come in." Lauren said lightly as she moved aside allowing Camila to walk in. After the younger girl walked into Lauren's room, Lauren shut the door and was now facing Camila.

"So what's up?" Lauren asked as she sat on her bed and Camila kept standing, "I uh, have to talk to you about some things, but before I do I just want you to know I don't want to break you and Lucy up. I just need some answers to move on." Camila explained as Lauren took a breath and looked down.

"You need closure." She said as she looked up at Camila and the brunette nodded eagerly, "Well what exactly do you need closure about? Like what's bothering you?" Lauren asked as Camila looked at her shoes. "When we were dating, the reason we broke up was because you refused to come out." Camila said as Lauren looked down, "Why didn't you come out with me, but you came out with Lucy?" Camila asked as Lauren sighed. "Lucy made it very clear that if we didn't come out, she had no interest in being my little secret." Lauren explained, "So she anonymously leaked the photo of us kissing." Lauren added as Camila looked down.

"So she wasn't worth losing but I was?" Camila asked as Lauren looked up at the brunette, "I didn't say that." Lauren said trying to defend herself. "Yeah but you implied it. I get it now, I was right all along, you were just ashamed of being with me. It didn't matter that I was a girl it only mattered because I was me." Camila said as she attempted to walk away but Lauren stood up and grabbed her arm turning the younger girl around so their faces were only inches apart, "You got it all wrong." Lauren whispered as Camila stared deeply into Lauren's eyes.

"You were my first love Camila I was not ashamed of being with you. I was just scared." Lauren said finding her willpower as she let go got Camila's arm and took a step back, "Of coming out?" Camila asked finding her voice again as Lauren shook her head. "No-well part of it was that." Lauren answered as Camila knitted her eyebrows together, "What was the other part?" She asked as Lauren sighed. "The other part was that we were in a band together Camila. I was afraid that if we were to take the next step and let things go further, one day it would've all been shattered. What would've happened if we were together for years then broke up? How would that effected the band? Our careers?" Lauren asked as Camila looked down.

"You weren't afraid of coming out, you were afraid of taking the next step." Camila said in realisation as Lauren nodded lightly, "The fact that we work together, made everything twice more complicated Camila." Lauren said quality as Camila finally looked up at Lauren. "But with Lucy you don't have to worry about that, if you two break up she'll be easy avoid, your career would never be jeopardised." Camila said as Lauren nodded and they fell into a silence.

"Do you love her?" Camila asked as Lauren stared at Camila, "I like her, a lot." Lauren admitted, "But no, I don't love her, not like I loved you." Lauren added quietly as Camila looked down and walked closer to Lauren, she chuckled as she looked into Lauren's beautiful green eyes.

"You know if this was my fairytale I would probably be doing everything in my power to get you back." Camila said softly while staring into Lauren's eyes, "I would kiss you, not caring about the fact that you're with Lucy now. I would tell you how in love with you I am, how in love with you I've always been. I would try so desperately to make you see that you are my happy ending." Camila said as Lauren stared deeply into her eyes, taking in every word that the younger girl was saying.

The petiet Latina soon looked away with every inch of will power she had and took a of couple steps back. "But this isn't my fairytale Lauren." Camila said staring at her shoes, "I'm not gonna do everything in my power to get you back, I'm not even gonna try." Camila said as she looked up and stared at Lauren. "I can't kiss you, even though I am in love with you." Camila added staring into Lauren's green eyes, "And even though you are most certainly my happy ending, I have to let you go." The brunette said more to herself than to Lauren.

"Because as much as I want my fairytale, and I want you in it more than anything, I want you to have your fairytale." Camila said causing the raven haired girl to open her mouth slightly but no words come out. "You deserve your happy ending Lauren, even if I'm not in it." The younger girl said as Lauren stared at her, "W-What are you gonna do?" Lauren asked staring at Camila. "I'm gonna walk away Lauren." Camila answered quietly as she turned around,

"But you just said that you love me, and now you're walking away form me? How is that love?" Lauren asked feeling tears well up in her eyes. Camila turned around and faced Lauren again, she walked closer and placed a long kiss on Lauren's forehead. "I love you enough to let you go Lauren." Camila said softly as Lauren slowly closed her eyes and let tears fall. "Goodbye Lo." Camila said softly as she walked out and left a sobbing Lauren alone, "Goodbye Camz." Lauren whispered to herself. Camila stood outside of Lauren's door letting tears fall from her chocolate brown eyes.
