Even More cringey 

Emily's POV

"What?" They asked at the same time.

"He woke up," I repeated. 

"How? Wait, Are you going?" They ask.

"No I'm going to Chuck E. Cheese. No duh, I'm going to see him." I say, opening the door. "So are you coming or not?" 

"Yea," they say getting up putting on their shoes. 

"I'll call Lily, update her." Sou says, as we all climb in the car. 

I drive fast, speeding my way to the hospital.

"OK! Calm down," Sou screams. I take deep breaths, and tried to calming down.

"Isn't Lily in Ohio?" I ask.

"She's visiting here, remember that her mom lives in Virginia, and her dad lives in Ohio." Bella explains. 

"Ok, so she's coming with us?" I ask.

"Yeah," Bella says.

"We're here," I say, running in the hospital. I go to the front desk and sign my name.

"Room 247, Sweetie," She says. 

I walk to the room and open the door. I see Jacob laying on the bed with IV's connected to him and a cast on his leg. I walk and close the door behind me.

"Hi," I whisper, walking up to his bed. Bella and Sou finally caught up to me.

"We're just gonna stand outside." Bella says pointing at the door. She and Sou walk out leaving me and Jacob alone. 

"Hey," he says with a raspy voice.  

"I'm sorry," I say quietly. "Your in this room because of me. It's not fair."

"No. I'm here because I made a stupid mistake of leaving you."

"Ya," I whispered. "You don't deserve to be in here though."

He stayed silent,  and so did I.

The awkward silence continued for awhile until it was disrupted by the door slamming open. 

Lily, Sou, and Bella come in the room.

"I thought you guys will be all over each other by now," Sou says.

"Ew, no, he still cheated. Right?" Lily aks.

"Yes," I say "But he got ran over by car by saving me."

"Please be dead," Lily said, holding her hands in a praying position.

"No, he's injured. Only a broken leg, sadly," Sou says.

"You guys are so nice," Jacob says.

"Ya, unlike some you," Bella says.

"Just get out," I tell them. They leave and me and Jacob get to talking again. 

"Jacob, it's 5 I really have to go. There's school tomorrow." I say sadly. "I'll come back tomorrow after school." 

He sighs. "Ok, bye." 

I leave and see Bella, Sou, and Lily sitting in the waiting room. 

"You guys are still here?" I ask them.

"No, were ghosts coming to haunt you." Sou says rolling her eyes.

"Haha," i say sarcastically. We go outside and get into the car. "Want me to drop you guys off?" I ask them as I started the car. 

"Yea please," they say. I start to drive to all their houses to drop them off.

"Bye," i say to the last person leaving the car. I start to drive to my house. 

"Anyone home?" I yell as I walk in from the front door. No answer. I go upstairs and shower from the hospital smell. I get into my pajamas and fall asleep watching Netflix.
