Emily's POV 

"Nothing," I say quickly, praying he didn't hear anything.

"You just said that you still have feelings for Jacob..." Adam says. 

"No I didn't,"

"Yea, we were talking about....um.....all his fangirls....." Bella adds.

"Emily, I heard you, Grayson's gonna break up with you if he finds out, you know that right?" he says.

"That's why he's never gonna find out. This never leaves this room, ok? I don't want to lose Grayson, I've already lost one person, I don't need another," I say. They all nod. "Thank you,"

"Em-"

"I'll figure this out myself, maybe with help from Bella and Sou, but that's it," 

"Em, I'm not gonna help you with this," Sou says.

"What?" 

"I'm dating his brother, he might want to break up because I knew and never said anything," we look at her in shock. "I'm kidding, of course I'll help you figure this out,"

I let out a sigh of relief.

"I will too, don't worry," Bella says. 

"I'm probably gonna regret saying this but I'll help," Adam says. 

"Wow you will?" 

"Yea, it's probably something I could do to make up being gone for a few months when you needed me,"

I let out a smile, "Thank you guys," They all mutter 'you're welcome'.

"So shall we start?" Bella asks.

"Nah, lets wait a bit, I'm too lazy right now," I say, sitting down again.

"Ok," they say. They sit down while I turn on the T.V.

We hear a knock on the door. I get up and open it and see Grayson.

"Hey," he says pulling me into a hug. 

"Hi," I say, returning the hug. I open the door wider so he can come in. 

"Ok so I got you something," he says pulling out a small box.

"Um, what?" I ask. I look at Bella and Sou who were wide eyed. He opens the box. I see a necklace with a small heart pendant at the bottom. "Grayson this is beautiful,"

"I knew you would like it, the pendant is also a locket that I put a picture of myself into so you can always remember me," he says laughing. I give a shaky laugh.

"I love it," I say, trying to give a full smile. I quickly put it on. 

"You look almost as beautiful as me in it,"

"Narcissist much?" I laugh, a genuine one this time. 

"Can you guys stop this lovey-dovey stuff so we can go back to watching T.V????" Bella whines.

"Shhh, your just jealous you don't have what we we have," Grayson says.

"Mhm, totallyyyy," she says, eyeing me. 

"Okok, I'm unpausing it," I say, just so Bella could stop staring at me.

About 2 shows in I hear my phone ding. I open the text from Jacob. 

J- I've been thinking about what you said earlier 

E- Which time?

J- All of it 

E- You think it's still awkward between us?

J- I've been actually thinking about the other part....

E-....

J- You're right, I do still have feelings for you, and i know you have them for me too

E- Jacob I have a bf....

J- I know but if there's ever a chance

E- I don't think there ever will be, I'm happy with Grayson. And i know that when I wake up in the morning I'm not gonna find out he's cheating on me or he's gonna beat the crap outta me. Something I didn't have with you, you know

J- Yea but I've changed

E- You've said that more than enough times, every time I fall for it but not anymore 

J- Em..

E- Bye 

I quickly turn off my phone and go back to what we were watching thinking about Jacob's words.
