Chapter 4

Laurens P.O.V
She continues to lean and just kisses my forehead "You're way to good for him Laur don't waste your tears on him now come on lets get inside" she stands up and holds her hand out i place my hand in hers and she helps me up "thanks" she smiles at me.

"Now don't think about him at all he never deserved you please try and get a goodnight sleep" she says getting up off my bed to go down and sleep on the couch i guess "ill see you in the moring" i grab her arm a gently pull her back "can you stay with me" she looks hesitant at first but gets in beside me. I lift my head so she can put one arm under my head and she puts one over my body i intertwine our fingers together i feel safe right now like this like Jade wouldn't let anyone or anything hurt me. "Night Laur" "Night Jade" she muttered something else but i didnt hear it.

"Lauren" i hear Christina whisper and nudge me "hmmm" i hear her sigh "are you two gonna get up anytime soon" of course not it feels nice feeling protected " yeah ill be up now" i hear the door close as i turn so im facing Jade i poke her nose causing her to scrunch her face "Jade its time to get up" she shakes her head "no im comfortable" she whines "if you don't get up im gonna em cut mr.snuggles ears off" her eyes shoot open "not mr.snuggles" i smirk "oh yeah so you better get up" "im up im up" well shes awake but i refuse to get out of my bed yet.

"So how are you feeling today"
"So so much better i don't even know why i was sad about it i guess the only problem is the dance tonight i went out i bought a new dress i have a hair appointment im still going to my hair appointment because look at this mess but it was all just a waste ya know" she nods "what times your appointment"
"Half one"
"Lauren its its nearly half 12"
Shit shit shit "okay im gonna go amd shower" she nods and leaves the room

I get home and the house is in complete darkness im guessing everyone went out i walk straight to the fridge to get myself a bottle of water i see a note stuck to the fridge it reads "go to your room a surprise awaits " when you see this in movies its like some cute rhyme or something but nope just bland and boring. I walk up and slowly open my bedroom door "Dani i swear if your trying to scare me i will punch you in the throat.
I walk into my room and see my dress for the dance oh my bed with another note "Saying put this on and meet me out back to see the real surprise p.s sorry these dont rhyme im not very creative lol" i let out laugh picking up the dress and putting it on i walk down and to the back garden this better be a joke when i walk out lights just turn on i look around to see fair lights hung up all around the back.
Well now i definetley know this isnt Scott doing something i hear music start playing from behind me i turn amd see Jade standing there holding a bouqet of roses "Now i know im not your boyfriend or girlfriend or anything but your my bestfriend and i didnt want see your dress or hair appointment go to waste so i thought we could have our own little dance here so i was windering Lauren can i have this dance" tear start to stream down my face "No one has ever been this kind and sweet to me and yes Jade you can" she takes my hand and pulls me close we start to slow dance moving from side to side.

"Thank you Jade that was really sweet" i give her a kiss on the cheek and her cheeks turn a shade of red as she turns away so shes not facing me "ah but the night is not over yet follow me" more wow. As we walk in the house I smell pizza "Now its no fancy dinner but i thought we could get into our pyjamas and eat pizza while we curle up on the couch watching a movie"
"Honestly that sounds perfect but can we watch it in my room?"
We plop down in my bed and put on The Conjuring 2 i swear i used jade as a sheld i was convinced that creepy nun was gonna come out of that screen and kill me.
"Right well that was em interesting im gonna go down to the couch now ill see you in the moring"
"No em no stay with me please" i know i sound like a baby but i dont wanna sleep alone and like i said i feel safe when Jade is with me she laugs and gets back in with me and i start to loosen up and kinda cuddle into her i fall asleeo listening to her heart beat.
