A liar

Judal felt calm , seeing Alibaba next to him, even in this unknown room.

But Alibaba's face was dead serious.

Judal realised at the moment that that serious glare was aimed at himself.

He tried remembering what was going on.

He was not given much time though, because Alibaba started speaking.

"Why did you betray me, Judal?"

Oh. Right. Judal remembered. He was pretending to be bad.

Then it was no wonder Alibaba was angry at him.

"Alibaba... hear me out! It's not what you think! Really!"

"Are you lying to me too now!? Since we were children you were always fast to lie to anyone! Hadn't you promised me you would never lie to me!? Or that didn't mean anything to you!?"

Alibaba said, tears dropping from his angry eyes.

"...Alibaba..."

"I don't get what you are thinking! I never understood it! But I still loved you so I tried my best to!!"

"Alibaba I... I didn't want to lie to you! But you are still mistaken! I am telling you the truth now!"

"And why should I trust you!? You might be lying, no!? You are a liar after all!"

Alibaba's harsh voice was hitting Judal where it hurt. Judal was never trusted.

Nobody trusted him. He was indeed a liar and a villain. He felt like he was being stupid believing something would change.

He started laughing out loud. Which surprised Alibaba.

"What's so funny!?"

"Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!"

A psychopathic laugh was all that was heard in the room.

Alibaba got closer to the bed ready to beat some sense on Judal but that was also when he noticed the tears that were flowing down the others face.

In between his laughs and sobbing Judal was either murmuring or yelling things.

"How stupid of me! HA! WHAT WAS I THINKING!? I can't do anything but laugh at my own actions!!"

"Hey Judal! What are you talk-"

"Like anyone would trust me! Hahahaha!! That's right! I am a liar after all!! I should keep my lies up to the end!!"

"...Judal...."

Alibaba felt it. Felt the truth in the others disturbed voice. He felt the sadness and disappointment the other was emitting.

"Ahaaa~~~ I should just do what I am told! After all that's the only way a liar can live! Among other liars!!"

Alibaba felt guilt taking over him.

Judal was not so mentally unstable some years ago. But now... if felt like it was all he had to keep himself from going completely insane.

Forgetting his anger he hugged the other only to be pushed away.

"Don't touch me! You don't want to catch my evilness, right!? Then go ahead and disappear from my life!!"

Alibaba didn't gave up even then though. Attempting to embrace the other once again.

"Judal! I am sorry! I didn't understand you! I didn't understand anything about you! I still love you! I still want to understand you! I am sorry. I will listen to you, properly this time. Don't chase me away..."

After hearing that Judal became a sobbing mess. The insane laughter stopped soon. He couldn't keep it up. He started crying, and crying and crying in the other's arms.

"Judal... I love you... I love you a lot... Now that I think about it, you probably had your reasons. I will wait for you, okay? But for tonight, you can cry as much as you want."

They say crying helps relieve stress and calm one down. Judal probably suppressed these tears inside him for years.

Alibaba wanted to know the truth but decided to wait until tomorrow....

Judal kept crying in the other's arms until he finally fell asleep...
