Alibaba x Judal

I give up

Two weeks had passed since Alibaba and Judal's confessions to each other.
The way they interacted though hadn't changed a lot.

Alibaba was making fun of Judal as much as he could, always stating the obvious.

And Judal was complaining as always for whatever little thing he didn't like.

Two weeks had just gone by in an instant.

Alibaba was scared... Judal too....

Because they knew that as the days pass, the less time they had together....

Really now, what would they do when they manage to get back?

One day while strolling a little before flying Judal managed to state the obvious(somehow).

"You know Alibaba! I give up!"

"Hah!?"

"Searching. And walking around. What's the reason anyway?? It's already been around a month,right?"

"We have to go back for Aladdin and Hakuryuu and everyone!"

"They think we are dead."

"....that's true but.... that doesn't mean-"

"Doesn't mean what? Doesn't it mean they will forget us? Who knows when we get there.... what if we reach there in a year or two? Will they really care!?"

"Judal...."

"Ah.... right.... I forgot.... they won't forget you because you are precious to them.... At least.... you have somewhere to return to...."

"Judal what-"

"Hakuryuu might be dead. Even Aladdin might be dead. But you have more people caring for you, right?"

"I am sure that you too-"

"No I don't!! I bet even Hakuryuu will send me away! If the war is over he won't need me."

"Judal...."

"So hey Alibaba..... you are the first person I loved.... and you know what hurts?"

"Eh?"

"I am just a replacement, right?"

"What are you talking about?"

"You have so many people that love you..... and I bet you love them back... and I am sure I was one of the few people that you detested.... so now what? Are you telling me that you forgot all that hatred!? Am I not just a replacement for those!? Someone you won't need when we go back!?"

"Judal I never-"

"If I am gonna be useless and alone there then I don't wanna go back."

"Like I said!! I never thought of you as a replacement!!! And.... I still hate you...."

"Hah!?"

"But you see they say love can overpower hatred! I hate you, but I love you 100 times more!"

"Alibaba...."

"Now shut up! We are going back and if you don't have a place to go then I will give you one!! So stop saying silly things you can't be sure about!!"

"Y-yeah..... I am sorry.....Thank you...."

"Thank me after we go back!"

"No way~ Then I will have just too many thanks to say!"

And then they started laughing....
No matter how serious the talk they managed to just laugh it off and forget about the future they are striving so hard for. Contradicting themselves one could say. But they still did it and that was it.

I felt like writing so here we are.... Gosh too much tragedy in here~
Well I managed to sneak the laughing in the end though xD
