Alibaba x Judal

Understanding

As Alibaba proceeded on with his reading , he came upon some pages a bit before the whole incident in Magnostadt.

Judal had teamed up to Hakuryuu, soon they would be raiding a dungeon.

He read through the historic like events pretty carefully as not to lose even a single detail.

"Hakuryuu understands me! He is like me! He has been played by Gyokuen too! We are gonna kill her! We have to!"

Such entries were almost everyday at some point.

After that there was a small gap, probably the time they were in the dungeon and until the killed Gyokuen as Alibaba concluded.

After that a strange period followed...

"We did it! Gyokuen is dead! She is really dead...!"

Soon after though the tone changed to...

"She is dead... But nothing changed... This is fun! War is gonna come! Yet I.... unlike Hakuryuu I can't move my hatred to someone else... I had good times with everyone... Of course I will follow him as I was the one who showed him this path but how am I supposed to satisfy this spirit of revenge in me....?"

Alibaba understood... He finally understood everything. Regarding Hakuryuu and Judal. He was quite thankful to have found and read this...

He was going to take the book with him but decided against that. This was something that belonged to Judal. When he comes back, he can read through it again and reach a different conclusion.

He closed the book, hid it where he found it again and walked out of the room closing the door behind him...

His eyes were still a bit red. Something that caught Kougyoku's attention.

"Alibaba-chan? Are you okay?"

"Hm? Oh yeah!"

"Were you crying...?"

"No... Not really! Don't worry about it! Anyway about tomorrow's plans..."

He managed to change the topic just in time. Kougyoku, this time too, didn't push the subject farther.

As time moved on things calmed down in Kou. Or more like they stabilized, because the difficult part was gonna be from here on out.

Alibaba and Kougyoku worked really hard with everyone's help in order to revive Kou's economy ever so slightly...

One day as Alibaba strolled down a certain shop district, he ended up knocking up an apple... Surprisingly the one to pic it up for him was no other than Aladdin.

Alibaba's face lit up in happiness and hugged his friend tightly.

He hugged Morgiana too after that.

For Hakuryuu.... he paused for a minute. Mutual apologies were exchanged and they decided on letting bygones be bygones.

Of course they celebrated after that! Like the old good times!

As soon as they started conversing, Alibaba couldn't contain himself and asked Hakuryuu curiously, almost desperate.

"So Judal isn't with you?"

Hakuryuu looked rather confused, so did Aladdin and Morgiana.

"No. I don't know where he is. Though I do have an idea."

Hakuryuu answered nonchalantly thinking that Alibaba was just trying to be considerate.

"What idea exactly??"

"Eh? W-well... Actually why do you ask?"

Hakuryuu asked suspiciously before giving a concrete answer.

Ahh now this was a bad situation for Alibaba who had no idea how to react to this.......

"I just........................."
