Judal's Answer

Judal again saw his past, his parents' death and his intense pounding over it transpire once again inside his head.

Why was his fate like this? Why couldn't he have been let alone like the other magis and choose a proper king vessel? Why could he not bring peace in this world like the others? Why him? Why not Yunan or Scheherazarder or Aladdin? Why him?

Gyokuen immersed in front of him, with her usual sweet poker face. And a little clone of himself.

"Kill her!" The little Judal yelled.

"If not for her! We could have had a different life!!" He shouted furious again.

"That's right! This woman destroyed your life! Your world! Everything! Now show me! An answer different from the one Sinbad reached!!" Young Sinbad yelled this time.

Gyokuen tenderly muttered his name and he smiled at her, sweetly like a child. Then she punched her and stabbed her and killed her.

"What is this? Haha! You decided to destroy your fate through force so you are no different than Sinbad!" The young Sinbad exclaimed again.

"That's right. So what?" Judal spoke in his usual tone.

"Eh?" Sinbad questioned.

"This fate is unreasonable! So what if I destroy it by force!? What's wrong with that!?"

"EEEHHHH!???"

Sinbad could only stand there dumb founded.

"Wait! Judal! You have to indicate an answer that will convince the current god!!"

"THAT'S NOT MY JOB IT'S ALADDIN'S ALIBABA'S AND HAKURYUU'S ROLES! I JUST DESTROY WHATEVER PISSES ME OFF! THAT IS MY ANSWER!!"

Sinbad could only squeel in utter confusion as Judal attacked him ruthlessly with ice and magic.

Judal looked down on the beaten Sinbad and also to his young self.

"It's not like I can't sympathize with you, Sinbad. I understand all to well that you did hate yourself too. You probably wondered 'what if' your life was different or something right? Too bad for you but I am content with my life now."

He bid a farewell to his young self.

"I had lots of fun wrecking havoc with Hakuryuu, fighting with Aladdin and messing around like lovebirds with Alibaba. It is fine like this. I am more than satisfied. You should also enjoy your life to the fullest, young Sinbad, don't you think?" He grinned to the corpse on the ground. Apparently giving him the right answer for the dungeon was cleared.

Or so he thought but Sinbad appeared before him and explained. The answer Judal gave was "Roles". Some would think, others would persuade and others will fight. The roles would be shared. That was Judal's answer even unbeknownst to him.

And the dungeon was really cleared after all. Judal ending up in a crazy space again trying to decide where to head to.

In the meantime the others entered the next dungeons. At the 2nd one, Hakuryuu was left behind, at the 3rd one it was Aladdin, while Alibaba was immensing in a very interesting conversation with Arba, indulging to her how he passed his time while he was "dead", after he got cut by Hakuryuu's magic and ended up in a space that Ill Illah was sealed....

I am also halfway rereading the manga while writing these bc I can't remember things very well anymore.... ^^" I need to review the manga haha.... But the volumes just won't hurry up and be released in English xD
