Another tale left behind

Since the whole incident many many years passed...

Just kidding, it hasn't even been 2 years yet. The world is in a chaos, everything are strange and nothing has been solved yet. But noone has given up. Everyone are still on trying.

Jafar and Drakkon took over Sindria, still waiting for Sinbad to come back.

Hakuryuu and Kougyoku decided on a two emperors system for Kou and kept  it like that. With Kouen and Koumei being their advisors and Kouha was made into the leader of the army.

In Reim, Nerva was accepted back with only a scolding by Muu and Titus, and later on he officially succeeded the throne. Titus and Marga married when Marga came of age and they lived happily ever after. With Sphinxus teaching and lots of studying Marga managed to become an outstanding doctor.

Magnostadt and Heliohapt became allied both in name and in private life for Yamraiha and Sharrkan married soon after the whole conflict.

Generally the world settled in.

Morgiana decided to go with Yunan and Aladdin to the Dark Continent, or what was suppossed to be it for the world was way more distorted than before. They left about two months after the fight and haven't reappeared ever since. Ah no worries though, they do communicate through magical items.

Now you will be wondering what happened with the strange combination of the blond ex-dungeon capturer and the raven ex-magi. 

Not much actually. They never chaged. Alibaba had decided on helping with Balbadd and he obviously asked Judal to come with him, in quite a peculiar way at that.

One day while in Kou some one month after the fight...

"Hey, Judal~" Alibaba begun nonchalantly while peeling some potatoes.

"What is it?" Judal answered in annoyment because he was having trouble making the oven work.

"I am gonna leave for Balbadd tomorrow." The nonchalant atmosphere was kept and was maintained.

"Hm~ And when will you be back?" Judal answered casually.

"I won't."

That was when the raven let go of the oven buttons and stared at Alibaba's direction.

"Seriously?"

"Yeah. I thought it over a lot, I will go to Balbadd, permanently."

"I see... Well... I guess it will get lonely here..." Judal tried hard to hide his disappointment and the sudden sadness that came over him and he smiled as best as he could.

"Yeah... But... I don't want you to be lonely... So..." He made a pause, like he was hesitating and then proceeded after a deep birth, "I want you to come with me."

Judal blinked in confusion but upon looking at Alibaba's serious face, he was sure the blond was serious.

"Haha! Fine! I will come with you! I bet I will get lots of glares over there but if I get to see your face everyday, I guess it's worth it."

"Then you accept?"

"Didn't I just say so?" Judal chuckled.

But his chuckling ceased immediately as Alibaba took ahold of his left hand and put a ring on his ring finger. Judal couldn't stop blinking, looking obstinately at Alibaba's face for an explanation, but the only thing he received was a smile.

"Wh-what is this?" Judal blinked even more.

"We are getting married tonight."

"Hah?... HAHHHH!!!!?"

"Sorry!! I had told everyone but I was just so hesitant about it I never told you until now!!"

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? AND IN THE END YOU DIDN'T ACTUALLY MAKE  A MARRIAGE PROPOSAL, DID YOU!?"

"Ah.... now that you mention it."

"Are you an idiot!?"

"That means you don't want to get married?"

"Well of course I want but..."

"Then let's go! We will be late!"

"HAH!?"

The wedding was held, the Kou family, Aladdin and Morgiana were present, wishing them happiness and what not while Judal was about to die of embarassment because a wedding "dress" was pushed onto him...

They left the next day for Balbadd. Alibaba ended up becoming what you would call a prime minister in our days and Judal kept supporting him and the country from the shadows, even entering the "police" and taking care of many disputes. After he trained enough to be able to use magic again though.

At first of course Judal was hated by every citizen there but thanks to Alibaba and his own later efforts he came to be accepted. They ended up indeed "founding" a democratic country with Alibaba and he was more than satisfied with that.

Having regained his magic he went back and forth to Kou to visit and also to other countries for diplomatic issues. He also was the magical advisor of the country helping out with things regarding magic.

And guess what? He became good friends with Yamraiha and kept on talking about magic making both Alibaba and Sharrkan come out with headaches.

And the years kept passing and passing and they never changed. Some of their friends died, they made some new friends and comrades too, but they never changed.

When both resigned from government positions due to old age, they also resigned from Balbadd and went to live in Judal's hometown, away from everything, slowly returning to kids, living their childhood memories there....

Alibaba died first, of old age. And some days later Judal followed suit. It was enough for them, they had lived more than enough and had gone through many adventures. They accepted their end in silence, smiles and peace. With the system broken, their rukh would probably be together too so they weren't afraid. They only left their tales to the village and drew their last breath in peace...

Their final words you ask?

"Judal... We had lots of fun, thank you."

"Yeah, we had. Sleep well, Alibaba." Judal managed to bid farewell to Alibaba with a smile. Alibaba too slept with a smile.

Some days later, Judal lied down on the bed, alone, closing his eyes, whispering to the air...

"I am coming now, Alibaba..."

That was their story, as far as the tale they have told us go, was this the truth or not, there's no way we would be able to know as over 200 years have passed since then, but we do hope that they rest now in the rukh, together....
