Kakashi stood on the tallest spire of rubble he could find in the decimated Village Hidden in the Leaves, billowing smoke causing his eyes to water as he scoured the earth below. The past hour was nothing to him but a blood soaked blur. All he knew now was that everything was in shambles.

And everyone is blaming Shizi.

As he searched the wreckage for his catty child, his brain was whirring to fit the pieces together of what had happened.

"They're here, aren't they? They've finally come for Jingxiao and the Forbidden Form." Shizi looked up at the Copycat Ninja with big eyes of worry. Yasei reaches out and gripped her shoulder with a concrete vengeance.

"We'll be okay, Shizi, this is what you and I have been training for. You have to protect this Village and your reaper." The brunette firmly nodded and held a hand to her chest as she took in a deep breath, Kakashi knowing that she also meant to protect the Hell's Wildcat- Gomon as she said he likes to be called- from taking over and destroying everything around him.

He found her as she raced down the broken streets to his right, making headway straight for the heart of the village and the cherry red Hokage building that was ripped in almost complete half and rutted with deep claw marks. Another reminder of the ferocity that Shizi houses inside her when brought out and convoluted through Gomon.

The gates were blown to splinters like the thick oak was nothing but a small row of toothpicks. Wandering villagers flew backwards under the shockwave that followed the initial attack. The dust cleared to show a group comprised of six men, two who were void of reapers. Each weapon was a sleek black metal with varying decorations and Shizi spotted the black and red design of Yasei's own stolen weapon she calls Kuro. The white haired girl looked lost in thought and the brunette knew she was trying to reach out to the conscious inside the dark metal like Jingxiao.

"Tear this village apart and bring me my prize!"

Kakashi dropped down from crumbling rooftop to rooftop until he slid down a tilted wall and stopped with a puff of dirt off an abandoned road. His charge was roughly ten feet from him, a spray of red trailing her path down the street blotted to look like large and feline-esque feet that dug divets into the earth where each long claw rested. It pained him to see the small and caring girl he knew turned into a raging and unrelenting killing machine fueled by hatred and bloodlust.

"Shizi?" The girl whirled around with a snarl and bared teeth of lethal sharpness. Her bright amber orbs locked on him with thin pupils of rage. She turned to face him completely, claws on her hands and feet distended with her fangs as her long tail flicked around her ankles. Deja vu rushed through his memories.

"Shizi! Where are you? Shizi?" The man calls through the ash and smoke from the onslaught happening around him. One of the six attackers stepped through the darkness, eyes wild and smirk wickedly hungry.

"Well, well, we'll, what do we have here? A lost little Leaf Ninja? Whatever shall we do with you?" Kakashi lifted a pale brow above his glowing Sharingan eye.

"I don't have time for you, what have you done to Shizi?" His shoulders shuddered with a deep chuckle and he swirled a long black reaper twisted around with a royal purple inlay and a sharp set of head feathers at the joint of staff and blade.

"I think the more important question is what will I do to you?" Kakashi drew a Kunai in anticipation to get the fight over with and continue his search for the girl who had vanished soon after the fighting began. Faster than he could blink, the man was one second smirking and smarting off and then the next sprouting blood with a wet squelching sound that lead to his head loosely flopping to the dust a few seconds before his body. A small figure filled his space, wild and growling and enraged. Shizi.

But she wasn't who she used to be anymore.

"Shizi, it's me. It's Kakashi. I'm not going to hurt you, but I need you to fight Gomon back into his seal." A deep and rumbling laugh shook the air around them as her body vibrates under the vast noise and her snarl curled into a devilish smirk.

"There is no Shizi Yemao anymore, silver man. I rule this body now, I am free to wipe you humans off the face of this planet."

Kakashi bit down the urge to sneer at the hateful voice echoing from his daughter's lips. He had to find her hidden under the Hell's Wildcat, she's the only one who can truly stop his rampage.

"Shizi, I know you're in there. I know you want to stop this, and I need you to fight with everything you got. Please, Shizi." The girl's long clawed arm shot out and sliced into his shoulder, the male doing nothing to slow her attack.

"Are you really going to die for someone who's already dead?" She shoved him back with enough force to send him flying a good ten feet into a broken wall laying across the street path.

"I'm willing to put my life at risk because I know she's doing the same in there." Another shove sliced open the bruised flesh of his chest and sent him breaking through the wall and back another few feet again.

"You're already reaching your limits, silver man. There is none of that girl left in this body, I destroyed her just as I have done to your village. There is no stopping me. Not this time." Kakashi coughed up blood before forcing himself to push back up on his feet and locking gazes with the amused amber orbs of the girl he loves.

"I refuse to believe that you actually snuffed her out, my daughter is one hell of a fighter, stronger than I give her credit for, and especially not one to give in to the angry whims of something like you." He prepared for retaliation, and he felt as both clawed hands ripped into his body. Once he knew they had dug in tightly, he wrapped his arms around her shoulders and back as a pinning hug.

"What are you doing?" He tightened his hug until she was nearly immobile in spite of all her struggling.

"I'm bringing my daughter back to me."
