(A/N Sorry I haven't updated in like a month! More updates coming soon. Soon being less than a month lol)

When you woke up from a long nap, you hadn't expected to find the bright blue sky staring at you from above nor the soft grass beneath you. You weren't entirely surprised either. It was becoming more and more common for you to wake up on the quidditch pitch after mid-day naps. Especially on the weekends when Oliver wouldn't wake you up for classes.

You groaned as you tried to sit up. There was a crick in your neck from the hard ground, but the smell of cut grass in your hair was irresistible. It reminded you of Oliver. He spent so much time on the Quidditch pitch it was almost as though they were one in the same. Although the thought of taking periodical naps on Oliver was a bit too uncomfortable to think, so you decided they were separate beings.

"Did ya sleep well?" You head Oliver's voice from somewhere beside you. The sun was blindingly bright. A sign you'd slept well through half the day, considering you'd fallen asleep after the seven A.M. practice.

"When you take into consideration the rocks and dirt now embedded into my back, pretty good."

Your eyes adjusted and you could see him you smirked at him. He smiled back. His smiles were always lopsided, with one corner of his mouth higher than the other. Oliver's eyes were shining as he looked down on you, his entire body backlit by the sun.

You tried to look away before he could see the blush forming on your cheeks, but it was too late.

He clicked his tongue and smiled like a knowing mother looking at her troublemaking child. He crouched down and reached at your face. You didn't pull away. Your brain told you to pull away, but your muscles were frozen in place. His hands were calloused but gentle.

"You're all sunburnt!" He was looking deeply at your face, his eyes seeing something you felt he shouldn't be. As though he were seeing deeper than the skin itself.

He had leaned in closely to inspect your face, which only made you blush more. "Dang it's really red. I should'a known this would happen, what with you lying here in the sun all day."

You pulled away finally, but he remained right where he was. You waved off his hand and tried to break his unwavering deep gaze with a joke. "Well if you were so sure I'd get burned, why didn't you wake me up."

Now his face was turning red. "Well," He scratched his neck. "You just looked very comfortable is all. I didn't want ya to get upset with me."

You could tell there was more to what he was saying. You didn't prod any further, but there was a knowing smirk on your face. "Alright then. Help me up would you?"

He pulled you up by the hand. "I'm gonna get skin cancer aren't I?"

His brow furrowed. "What's that?"

You laughed. "Sometimes I forget how clueless you wizards are."

You kept laughing and only when Oliver reached his breaking point did he interrupt. "Well what is it then? Is it like a jinx or something? Who jinxed you! Tell me!"

The absolute ridiculousness of the serious look in his face made you laugh even more. He was turning bright red, and you couldn't tell if it was from shame or anger.

"I happens when you get sunburns too often, to put it simply. There's a whole lotta science behind it but I'm too tired to explain it."

He pouted, and you had to bite your lip to keep from smiling. "You just took a nap! You can't possibly be too tired to explain it to me. I want to know. Is it going to effect our team on the feild?"

"Of course the first thing you think about is Quidditch," You laughed.

"Well it is one of the most important things."

"Wow Oliver, I never thought you'd admit you're obsessed with Quidditch!"

"Oh please, I'm in love." He looked you right in the eye and moved his eyebrows in what's described as 'the worm'. You had to stop walking right then and there to keep from collapsing as you laughed.

When you were finally over your laughing fit, Oliver wasn't quite done with his. You looked at his smiling face and quietly whispered, "Me too Oliver, me too."
