Ezekiel is known for having a sentimental longing for the past, which is what he explained to you in chapter 5. It reflects the past life Ezekiel has had with Mona before she was found deceased. Mona left a message on my phone but Ezekiel didn't listen to it until 6 years later, now that he is 16 he believes that he is ready to here what she has to say. The message says "Ezekiel I realize how much I mean to you & I know without me being here your mind is racing, but it was my time to go so it's best for you to move on without me" Love Mona. All of the feeling that he had for Mona was gone he no longer needed a therapist & he was permanently released from his mental institution. He had forgotten all about Planet LTL & was no longer trapped in his mind, rehab was over for him, but later on he knew that it was going to be a rude awakening, something or somebody was going to resurrect he just had to wait & see who. Throughout all the mind games that Mona played she leaves me ? What was the purpose ? Why did she have to go ? Was it me ? Was I the cause ? questions that were never answered. He was angry he still thinks about her before he falls asleep it seems as if he was obsessed with something that wasn't real.
